The paperwork was simple and the driver even picked up the car a day early due to a snowstorm in Minneapolis! I will definitely use them in the future.

Needed to move an auto from Florida to Missouri. Looked on-line and from the first response, GetCarrier stood out. Diana M. was great throughout! She explained the process well, found a transporter that met our needs, and stayed on top of our transport through delivery. We never felt pressured or, adversely, left out. We know where to go if we need to ship a vehicle again. Delivery was one day later than original promise, but weather was bad at the time.

The best you could find, on time, no drivers that add more money like others do, and have all the paperwork done accurate and delivered to your inbox immediately, thank you Jacob for working hard for your customers.

very fast shipping and arrive a day earlier then expected

When I originally contacted Getcarrier right before Christmas holidays, Eva gave me the honest answer. She told me that she would do her best to accommodate my request but couldn't guarantee it because of the holidays. She also warned me about false promises that other companies might give me. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to her warnings and contracted the other company that promised me everything I wanted to hear.

Of course, Eva was right! After unnecessary headache, I was back to Eva at Getcarrier. She was very polite and patient. Was able to find me a great rate and the whole process was nice and absolutely painless. I highly recommend Eva and Getcarrier for their excellent service, professionalism, customer care, and honesty
