Alice White helped me deliver my car without any problem. She checked every step during the process and made sure if everything is going okay. This is my forth time delivering a car and I haven't seen any company or anyone checking after the driver was dispatched. I was also satisfied with the driver as well. In fact, service quality heavily depends on whom the driver is and if he/she is easy to communicate. I had no problem communicating with them and the driver was very punctual. I would like to point out that Alice tried hard to find a good driver to make the process smooth.

Eva Simpson was great help. This company is world class. They deliver on the promise the day you’re going to deliver your car fast . Eva is excellent from the moment she called me she said My vehicle would be picked up that same sept 5, 2019 and she delivered and her promise it was picked up right away with no hassle and it was delivered on the time frame did they promised sept 6,2019 evening. It takes only 1 day. I really appreciate Eva efforts and whole team. Eva was a good communicated with customers and every moment she will update you the status. Thank you to Val Silverton and GetCarrier.com. Had to get my Jeep from Long Island, NY to Ontario, CA . Truck was picked up the same day I agreed to the price on a Monday night and arrived in California on Sunday . Pretty much as quick as if I drove it myself . No damage , driver was in communication to arraigned drop off , and price was as quoted . What more could you ask for ? If I need a transport again , Val will be my first call .

The initial contact email answered most of my pending questions. By far, most competitive price when I was shopping; paid exactly as promised, no hidden fees! The first driver had cancelled, delaying the pickup, but they were able to find a new driver same day. I was able to stay in contact with the driver throughout (call, text). Car arrived intact, with only bugs on the windshield as the biggest change. Would highly recommend!
