This company has awful customer serviceI placed an order over ten weeks ago when I was promised that it would come within three to six weeksEvery time I call, nobody answers and my calls are never returned when I leave a messageI would not recommend purchasing anything from this company ever because their customer service has been abysmal

They need to have staff to answer the phone if they call it a business! I called all of their depts and wasn't able to get in touch with a live person at any of the extensions and many of the extensions didn't even have voice mail set upAppears to me then that the company is a rip off companyI was just trying to find out what a charge was on my credit cardStill waiting for a call back!!!

I order a gift on Sept 7, 2019. That confirmed the order and I should get it within 3 weeks. I have called they don't return the call. If I happen to get a person "they'll bring the problem to the manager." I wanted it for Christmas. Still do not have it. Do not prepay anything from them. POOR RATING.

Non-existant customer service Once you place your order, they do not respond to phone calls or emails, I ordered a frame, and weeks after I was supposed to have received it, I got the frame, but with the wrong engraving! I have left them voice mail and emails, and no response,

We have let customers know that due to the amount or orders we recieved at state fair it put us behind a couple of weeks We have apologized for the delays but we are a small company and we do not have stock so each order gets custom made This does take some time but our finished product is well worth it Her order did ship on 9/12/USPS# [redacted] regardless that she did not pay for it since she cancelled the payment Thank you!

I ordered frames at a show in Richmond in April, When the frames arrived week later they were designed vertical as opposed to horizontal I specifically showed the picture I intended to frame at the show I saw the complaints before calling this company I immediately assumed I would not get a response and would be registering a complaint but to my surprise the phone was answered on the 3rd ring and week later I received another set of framesI found this business to be exceptional in its customer service, product and responsiveness I will do business again without any second thoughts Thank You Giftworks for such a wonderful frame

I ordered frames and arrived incorrect The person who contacted me worked very hard to correct the mistake and two new, correct frames are made and on their way to me I am very pleased with the outcome and Heather *** who took care of me

We have been in contact with Ms*** We have repeatedly apologized that the original order got shipped to a wrong address We are having the frame remade for her As we also told her these are handcrafted custom orders it takes time to have them made We are trying to
get this out to her as quickly as possible We have offered to ship this to her new address but she does not have a forwarding address We will continue to try to help her out in any way that we can

I ordered frames from this company on October 14th I was told it would take weeksIt took weeks to receive my order missing a birthday that one frame was forIt is nearly impossible to reach them by phone, as they hardly ever answerEmails get forwarded to another person, that doesn't answer your questions or concernsThese frames are wood with engravingof the frames were sloppy messes that I would have been ashamed to giveI sent a email about my disappointment but never got a replyTheir customer service is horrible and their designers should be ashamed to send out such inferior quality work

I was very excited to find this vendor's booth at the Big E in September My then fiancee & I ordered our customized 8xwedding frame from them About months later, the 1st frame came It was the correct style but the wrong sizeI called and spoke to Mary; we did not received a corrected frame for months When that frame arrived, it was the correct size but the wrong style I then addressed this issue with Mary again I had the 2nd correction sent to me within business days It was the correct size and style but was badly damaged I notified Mary again and received the 3rd correction in the mail in record time The last frame received was perfect We have since gotten married and the frame hangs proudly in our living room I want to point out they sent every frame wrapped in bubble wrapped & shipped priority They never had me send any of the frames back and went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfiedFor that and for the final & correct product received is beautiful, I give them a positive review

This woman's frame was mailed out right after the owner of the company personally contacted her and apologized for the delay Again, we did not anticipate how many orders we received from the state fair Our product is of the highest quality and is custom made per each customer's order
We do not have stock We strive to make our customers happy and have apologized for the delays but we are getting all the orders out and shipped We have since talked to *** and we have rectified this situation

I would like to commend this company for the excellent product (a gift I purchased from them for my daughter) .It is very well crafted and I am quite proud of it Also the employees I spoke to were exceptionally nice and eager to pleaseThey did a fantastic job and I am going to be ordering from them again Thank you to all I spoke to and especially Heather who did the proofLove it
