Review: We ordered a frame as a Christmas present on September 29th at our state fair. According to the company the order wasn't placed by the sales rep until October 10th which was 5 days after the fair ended. Once we finally received our order in late November/early December, the product was found to be incorrect. We contacted the company immediately and the customer service rep, [redacted], assured us that a replacement would be made with a rush put on the order since it was for a Christmas gift. We have contacted the company numerous times through both phone and e-mail and have not had a return response. It is now past Christmas when this was to be a gift for an elderly great-grandmother. We are very irritated that the company refuses to return calls or to make this situation right. We were very understanding about back orders with the delay in originally getting our product especially in light of the fact that the order was placed by the sales rep so late after we had originally ordered it. However, there has been no attempt to resolve this issue after the first verbal agreement on the phone with [redacted].Desired Settlement: We are now seeking that the company refund the cost since they have been unwilling to speak to us or to correct the wrong order.

Review: We ordered 2 frames from Gift Works Plus at the Blueberry Fest in Plymouth, IN on Labor Day weekend. We paid in cash and were given a receipt. We have yet to receive our frames. I have left 2 voicemails and sent one email via the "contact us" section on the website. I cannot get a response. At this point we are starting to feel as though we have been scammed. Do not trust your money with this business!!!!Desired Settlement: I want to be contacted back and most importantly I want my products!

Review: I purchased a custom frame at the Cranberry Festival from GiftWorksPlus at their craft booth. I picked out a particular frame that I liked, but was told I could not take that frame with me. Instead, they said that they would fill out an order form for that frame and send it to me in the mail. I was SUPER skeptical about the whole thing because I thought it was strange that I couldn't just purchase it right then and there. However, they were very convincing and said that they did it all the time. So, they took my information and my cash and handwrote the order on a flyer of theirs as a "receipt." Because I did not trust the process, I took a picture of the frame that I had wanted before I left their booth. About a month later, I received a package from them in the mail only to discover when I opened it, that it was the wrong frame. I was super disappointed as it was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift. I tried calling the company sooooo many times and no one answered the phone - ever!! So, I sent an email via their website and never heard a response back.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the frame that I originally ordered.

I ordered frames at a show in Richmond in April, 2015. When the frames arrived 1 week later they were designed vertical as opposed to horizontal. I specifically showed the picture I intended to frame at the show. I saw the 27 complaints before calling this company. I immediately assumed I would not get a response and would be registering a complaint but to my surprise the phone was answered on the 3rd ring and 1 week later I received another set of frames.
I found this business to be exceptional in its customer service, product and responsiveness. I will do business again without any second thoughts. Thank You Giftworks for such a wonderful frame.

Review: Ordered 1 custom picture frame from a craft festival at Cantabury Downs, in Shakopee, MN on Nov. 15, 2015, for my neice's wedding Dec. 12, 2015, with names [redacted] & [redacted] along with the wedding date. I specified the spelling of [redacted]'s name. I received 11 frames and [redacted]'s name was mispelled "[redacted]h". I have called gift works plus 5 - 6 times, getting voicemail for the customer service and left messages. No one has called me back to fix this mistake on the order. I have told them in my last message that I will contact the Revdex.com if they do not get back to me within 24 hrs.Desired Settlement: Would like the customer service department to acknowledge my phone calls and return my call and fix the mistake on the picture fram.

Do NOT order from this company. They are a joke! Their customer service is horrible, and that is IF you can even get ahold of them. No one ever answers the phone there or returns phone calls. They are ALWAYS late in delivery their products. Ordered a simple sports team frame back in the beginning of September and it is November and I still don't have the frame they said would ship in 2 weeks. Lousy, lousy company. Don't give them your business.

I have been a customer for over 10 years of Gift Works Plus. I own my own business and have been selling their frames for that length of time. I have had hardly no problems with there customer service or ordering. Over the years they have changed reps several times, but all reps always taken care of any problems that may arise in a very short time. The recent customer service reps, Shannon and Daniel are great to deal with.
I would recommend buying from this business for your purchase of frames that you may need.

I ordered 3 frames and 2 arrived incorrect. The person who contacted me worked very hard to correct the mistake and two new, correct frames are made and on their way to me. I am very pleased with the outcome and Heather [redacted] who took care of me.

I ordered a custom frame from this company at a craft show in Chantilly Va. on 11/10/13 and was assured I would have it by Christmas. I sent an email on 12/18/13 inquiring as to status of order. I received email that day stating order would "ship" before Christmas. Received another email 12/19/13 stating order would ship that day or the next for delivery on Monday. After not receiving order for Christmas, I emailed on 12/26/13 again inquiring as to status of order. Emailed them again 12/27/13, 12/31/13 and 1/4/14 and still no response so I tried calling only to reach a recording. I left messages over the next few days but never got a return call. Finally on 1/9/14 someone answered phone and claimed they had sent an email on 1/3/14 stating they were unable to find the images they needed to make my frame and that custom orders were an extra $10. I asked her why was I told it was going to ship 12/19/13 when it hadn't even been started as of 1/9/14. She had no answer and offered to waive the $10 fee and I could send her the images needed for my order. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. She agreed and that is where it stands today. Judging from other comments here, on Facebook and their own blog, I am not too optimistic. This company offers a very interesting and unique product so why they treat their paying customers in this manner is beyond me. Anyone can make a mistake but how they handle that mistake is what they will be judged on.

Review: I ordered a frame on Dec 5th at lambs farm craft show by Dec 21th I made FIVE calls and FINALLY got a call back with a tracking number the delivered to NC?? The pathetic customer service person told me she would "rush" my order. As of today 12-30-15 no picture frame, called AGAIN they are closed the 24rd to the Jan 4, Thanks for telling me that when you "rushed" my order you shipped to NC. customer service should be fired for POOR POOR service. I paid cash or would do a charge back since I have not received goods as promised.

I wanted something special for my son and his future Bride, My husband and I thought it would be nice to order a customized frame, we went on to the gift works plus web page
and downloaded the pictures, and yes the web page made it very easy all we did was follow the direction given, so even if you don't understand computers they will walk you
through it. We worked with [redacted] who is a Graphic designer and she let us now that the pictures where coming out to grainy so instead of just using what we sent she made it a point to let us know so we where able to send new pictures, this company is great they will go out of there way to assure you that you will get exactly what you want The frame we received was over and beyond what we expected this is a great Company.

Review: I ordered products from this company back in September 2013 .....paid with my credit card......payment was taken from my credit card on October 10, 2013. I was told my order should be received within 2 weeks. I have e-mailed the company 2 times, getting the explanation that they are very sorry and would be getting the order out within the week. I have e-mailed them for the 3rd time this past week, and now I have not heard a response back. If I am not going to get my products, I at least want my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund my money back.

On Sept 19, 2013 I was at the Los Angeles County Fair and saw the Gift Works Plus booth. I bought two frames, one was a Police Officer themed frame I wanted as a retirement gift for my cousin. The vendor said he could engrave my cousin's name and her department on the frame and would mail it to me in "about a week or two". He gave me a number to call if it was more than three weeks and I didn't get it. A month later I call and email. I get a return email (no one answered the phone) saying they were sorry and it would be in the mail at the end of that week. Two weeks later, still no frame. I try again. Someone else returns my email saying they were sorry and it would be soon. This went on and on for the next two months. I didn't get the frame until Christmas Eve. No explanation as to why. The vendor at the fair said he did all the frames. His name was [redacted]. The person who said he was doing it was named [redacted]. I was so disgusted by this business. Please do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a frame (for my newborn son) on 9/9/13 at the Washington State Fair. Payment of $26 (showed on bank statement 9/11) was told by employee there was a 2/3 week turn around and to expect the product around 9/25 (give or take). Contacted Giftworks customer service dept on Oct 18th. Was told order was never submitted and was not able to be found in their system (took 4 emails to figure that out). Didn't get a response until I emailed again on 10/23 which then I received a response. I replied with order details and have yet to hear back on if the order is being filled, if I'm being refunded etc. I then emailed them again today (11/5) looking for some sort of a response. Overall what should have been an easy transaction has turned out to be a horrible customer service experience.

This is an awful company!! I placed an order for a custom frame on Aug 6th and was told I would have it shipped to me in 1-2 weeks. We are now beyond 7 weeks and I still do not have my frame. I have called multiple times and no one there can seem to help me. All they keep telling me is my order was placed in to the system on Aug 13 and they are not sure when the frame will ship. Really??!! 7 weeks and someone there cant figure out where my order is? I have also asked for a refund and received no answer so I am giving them one more week for a full refund or my frame to arrive before I take further action.

I've seen several negative reviews, and while I don't want to diminish any legitimate complaints, I think it's important to say that I've placed several orders with this company, and while there was a bit of a snafu on my last order, the issue was resolved within a week. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Review: I ordered this product from a craft show. It took 2 months for it to be delivered and when it did arrive it wasn't what I ordered. I have called and left 7 messages and also an email for the company on two different individuals voicemail and no one has returned my call or responded to my email. I requested a refund via voicemail 2 weeks ago but still have not received it. So I have delivery issues with this company as well as product issues and also customer services issues.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or my product as ordered within the next 2 weeks.

Review: Ordered picture frame on 8/10/15. Has not been delievered. Finally spoke to customer service representative, they claim they do not have any order information. Credit card was billed 8/10/15. Representative stated they would send "rush" order and refused to refund credit card charge of $25.34.Desired Settlement: Refund $25.34 to credit card.

Unfortunately what happens is the orders at the show get faxed to the office. Sometimes a the fax machine misses a fax. That could have been the case here. We have gotten the frames made right away and they have shipped 1/15/14 #[redacted] USPS. Thank you!

Review: I ordered one custom frame from Gift Works Plus at the Wisconsin State Fair on August 1, 2014. I was told that the order would take 2-3 weeks to get to me. I was perfectly fine with that. Well about a month went by and I still hadn't gotten it so I called back and they said that they received a lot more orders than expected from the Fair and that it would be sent to me sometime the following week. Well I waited about 2 weeks before calling them again after not receiving my frame. This was on September 19, 2014. They said that it had been sent out around September 5th (which was when they said it should be the last time I called). However, they told me that it had been delivered on September 8th, yet I had not received anything in the mail. I asked if they were sure that they had the right order pulled up. Turns out whoever was sending it out put the wrong shipping label on it and it got sent to the wrong person! I was then told that they would have to make me a new one and send that out. They said that they would put me at the top of the list and rush it to me at the start of the next week (I called on a Friday). Well I waited until Wednesday to call again, and it still had not been sent out. On that phone call I was told it would get sent out by the end of the week. Well now it's Friday and I just talked to them again. Turns out it is still not done. I was told that they are handcrafted and take time. I understand that, but why have I constantly been promised that it will be sent out in a few days when this is obviously not true? Also, when you make a mistake like shipping an order to the wrong person, you need to fix it ASAP because that is all on you. I understand the original delay and like I said I am fine with that. However, I am not okay with them sending my order to the wrong person and then taking so long to correct it. I am not sure if the person who received my frame on accident called them to inform them of this or not (I'm guessing they were expecting whatever they actually ordered, unless they had already gotten it). However, if they had informed Gift Works of this, Gift Works should have informed me of this or at least starting fixing it right away. This company clearly does not know what they are doing because they couldn't even put on the correct shipping label or fix their mistake in a timely manner. They keep promising that it will get sent out soon, when this is clearly just so that I will hang up the phone and leave them alone. Well I have talked to them 4 times now and left a few voicemails the times I didn't talk to someone and I will continue to call until this issue is resolved. This frame is supposed to be an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and that is coming up in a month. I will be moving next week so now if it does not come by the time I leave, my parents will have to ship it to me after they get it. I hope that this does not go on for another month.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order sent out at the beginning of next week like I was promised (September 29-30). I have been constantly promised it will be sent in a few days and I'd like to think that this time is actually true. I paid cash for this frame at the Wisconsin State Fair so there is no way to refund me my money without doing some kind of gift card I guess. While I would appreciate this gesture, I will never be ordering from this company again so the gift card would be useless. As long as they get the frame to me by the end of next week (no later than October 3rd, I will be satisfied.

We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted]. We have repeatedly apologized that the original order got shipped to a wrong address. We are having the frame remade for her. As we also told her these are handcrafted custom orders it takes time to have them made. We are trying to get this out to her as quickly as possible. We have offered to ship this to her new address but she does not have a forwarding address. We will continue to try to help her out in any way that we can.
