Ok, so if it was shipped, and it was delivered, then where is it?  I am telling you that I do not have it.  I can't prove that it wasn't delievered, so where does that leave me?  It leaves me without a frame, and without over $40!!  You are the merchant.  It's YOUR job to find out what happened to my package.  Things get lost in the mail all of the time.  This is the first time I have ever heard a company tell the customer to go and search for the lost item.  You now want me to go on a wild goose chase to locate a package that you supposedly sent me?  Especially after all of the lies I was fed by your staff???  No company on this planet would ever respond in such an unethical and careless manner to a customer.  Wow, this just validates all of the online complaints abouts your TERRIBLE customer service.  Is this really the position you want to take with a customer?  This is how you want to represent yourself???  Do you have any pride in your business at all?  Incredible!  I feel like I am in the middle of a joke here.
 
All I ever wanted was the frame.  In fact, when the girl that sold me the frame showed me all of the options that could be created, I asked if you could customize a frame much larger than the 8x10 that I purchased.  Even after all of this ridiculous and unnecessary treatment, I still think you have amazing looking products.  I just cannot understand why you are taking this position with me, a customer that has done nothing wrong in any of this mess.  This is all on you and your staff, and yet you want me to take the hit on this?!?!  I paid you, in full, at the time of purchase.  I was more than patient in waiting for the frame, even though your salesperson lied and told me I would have it in my hands within two weeks.  Your customer service agents told me (several times) that the order was lost.  Then it was supposedly delivered to my home?  I still waiting for the frame.  Now you tell me it was delivered, yet I have nothing.  All I want is what's fair.  You certainly do not want a disgruntled customer going around making noise about your poor service and poor business ethics.  I would rather just settle this already and move on already.  If I had received the frame I certainly would not be arguing any of this.  I was really looking forward to receiving that frame, and am quite sure it would have been spectacular.  I am not going away knowing I paid you and have no frame.  Nothing to show for the money I gave to you.

This company has awful customer service. I placed an order over ten weeks ago when I was promised that it would come within three to six weeks. Every time I call, nobody answers and my calls are never returned when I leave a message. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company ever because their customer service has been abysmal.

My wife ordered a couple of custom picture frames from this company while at craft show in Des Moines. One frame arrived as she ordered. The second was oriented wrong and was only a magnet type of frame.
The wife attempted to contact the company via phone and email. She received one email back from someone named Mary and never heard anything for about a week. My wife then asked me to contact the company.
I contacted the company via their web page and first wanted to find out if this was the company that was indeed at the craft show during the time the wife ordered the picture frames. I did receive a reply that they were. I sent out an email explaining the problem along with a picture of the frame and a scan of the invoice. According to the invoice the frame should have been vertical instead of horizontal. After several days I've not had a reply.
I would have to chalk this up to horrible customer service so far. While I hate to do so, it seem that our only recourse at this point is to contact the bank to charge back the purchase.

I have been a customer for over 10 years of Gift Works Plus. I own my own business and have been selling their frames for that length of time. I have had hardly no problems with there customer service or ordering. Over the years they have changed reps several times, but all reps always taken care of any problems that may arise in a very short time. The recent customer service reps, Shannon and Daniel are great to deal with.
I would recommend buying from this business for your purchase of frames that you may need.

I ordered frames at a show in Richmond in April, 2015. When the frames arrived 1 week later they were designed vertical as opposed to horizontal. I specifically showed the picture I intended to frame at the show. I saw the 27 complaints before calling this company. I immediately assumed I would not get a response and would be registering a complaint but to my surprise the phone was answered on the 3rd ring and 1 week later I received another set of frames.
I found this business to be exceptional in its customer service, product and responsiveness. I will do business again without any second thoughts. Thank You Giftworks for such a wonderful frame.

Here is your tracking number again 9/10/14 usps  [redacted].  We are not liars and we have shipped your product.  If you have not received it you should check with the River Grove, IL post office, your address where it was shipped too.  USPS not do we make up tracking numbers.  Anyone can go on and track this number and see that it was shipped and delivered to you on Friday Sept 12.  I have attached a copy of this receipt from your post office.

Love the inserts and the sales guy I purchased from at a Holiday show, however horrible follow up customer service. I have sent a message via the GiftWorksPlus website and left messages (plural) for "Jessica" and have received no response.
After having to have one female name made it came with "he, he, he" throughout and I need it replaced.
They obviously have enough business and don't need mine. Too bad, I would probably have been a repeat customer.

Service was exceptional! They replaced by old frame for no charge because the names did not look as good as on a new frame. I was kept informed of the work and the finished frame came quickly. I would recommend this business. Hats off to Shannon who was my customer rep and followed through on everything!

I wanted something special for my son and his future Bride, My husband and I thought it would be nice to order a customized frame, we went on to the gift works plus web page
and downloaded the pictures, and yes the web page made it very easy all we did was follow the direction given, so even if you don't understand computers they will walk you
through it. We worked with [redacted] who is a Graphic designer and she let us now that the pictures where coming out to grainy so instead of just using what we sent she made it a point to let us know so we where able to send new pictures, this company is great they will go out of there way to assure you that you will get exactly what you want The frame we received was over and beyond what we expected this is a great Company.

I should have known better when signing the lease and left as fast as possible.
The management staff on the day of the lease signing was rude and treated me differently than they treated my roommate. My roommate was allowed to pay his deposit with a check, I was not. My roommate was able to skip providing all information necessary for a background check, I was not. My roommate would receive responses from the complex's management, I never once received a response. I do not want to level the claim of prejudice or racism in today's heated political climate with no regard, but I cannot help but think our cultures, races, and skin tones are responsible for the differing ways in which we were treated.
The living conditions are sub-par, close to slum-like. There are leaks, rampant mold, and pest infestations. The management is impossible to contact and unresponsive. The book keeping practices are antiquated, they insist payment only come in the form of check or money order; my guess is so that they can then claim to not have received payment. They will add items to your bill, sometimes without telling you. Calls to resolve any maintenance or money issue are not helpful and the website is the recommended means of communication. If you are lucky enough to receive a call back from management it is from a blocked number and the call is rushed and the caller is usually very rude.
After putting up with the atrocious conditions in the complex, paying all of our accounts on time, and having a successful exit inspection conducted, they are now charging for 2000$. We rented from them two years ago...
I cannot believe this company is allowed to still operate. The number of disputes regarding fraudulent charges should be enough to have their business license pulled.
They are con-artist, they steal, they provide a below standard product, and they are unapologetic in their dysfunction.
Will be opening a suit.

Not happy with this company at all! I order a personalized picture frame at a show and was told I would receive it by Christmas. After I got home, the grandparent we bought the frame for, told us what they preferred to be called by my daughter. I immediately sent an email to the company to try to get it changed. A week later I hadn't heard anything, so I started making phone calls. Everytime I called I got a voice mail and would leave a detailed message. Never once received a call back. I just received the frame in the mail with the wrong information on it. Yes it was before Christmas but it is not right and I can not give it to the grandparent it was intended for. I am so disappointed that I have not received any calls or responses back. I really like their frames and considered buying several more for other family members. Now I would not even recommend this company to my family or friends.

I had a great experience working with Heather from Gift Works Plus. I needed 3 different college frames. She sent me proofs of ones done previously. I requested changes to two of those - requested specific buildings I wanted included. She asked me for the format I wanted (portrait or landscape). Within the day she'd made the changes and sent out new proofs. They looked great. But I'd screwed up, and actually wanted them landscape format. No problem! She responded in good humor and sent me proofs a third time. They looked great and arrived so quickly I couldn't believe it. They look awesome! I am very impressed with the product and the customer service.

I purchased a beautiful wooden frame this fall at a local craft festival. At the same time, I custom ordered another frame to give for a gift. About a week later before they processed my frame,I received a call doublechecking all my information. This was the first tip that I knew this was a reliable company. The frame arrived approximately one week later and it was perfect, except that the D's looked like O's because of the particular font that was used on the frame. I immediately called them and sent them a picture. They were very accommodating to my request and the very next morning, I received a proof of the frame that was were going to re-make for me. Each time I spoke to a respresentative of this company, they were very courteous and wanted to make sure that I, the customer was also very satisfied with my order. I would, without a doubt, use them again and also refer to my friends.

I was told it would be 2-3 weeks on Nov 13, 2015 when I ordered 4 personalized frames at the craft show in Shakopee, MN. Told them they were Christmas gifts and was assured I would have them in plenty of time for Christmas. E-mailed last week - no reply. Called and left a message - no reply. Today, sat on hold for customer service and was told "No, it's more like 4-5 weeks" and "it's on the post" - [redacted] does that mean?? No apology and no assurance that I will have them in time for Christmas. The woman told me that she couldn't give me any kind of a status on them. This concerns me because I asked them to change one of the designs up a bit from the display and I am very concerned about the communication between the sales woman and the person(s) actually making them now!
