Review: I purchased two of the same frame from the Wisconson State Fair around August 7th (I think it was the 6th but I was charged the 7th). I was told they were not on site but were in stock at their facility and would arrive at my house in two weeks.

Two weeks went by and I received nothing. When I called about the product I could not get anyone. I left a message that was not returned. I then posted to their facebook page. I tried calling back and eventually got a human being, she told me she was going to check on the frames and call me back. I did not recieve a call. Someone left a number for me to call on facebook and when I called that number on two seperate occasions and left messages there was no answer and no call back. I have called the number a few more times and have yet to reach a person. Their customer service extension disconnects my call.

It has been over a month now, and I have had no idea what is happening with my order, however they already charged my card and took my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my order sent to me and would love some of my money back as I have now waited over a month for a product.

Response:

This woman's frame was mailed out right after the owner of the company personally contacted her and apologized for the delay. Again, we did not anticipate how many orders we received from the state fair. Our product is of the highest quality and is custom made per each customer's order. We do not have stock. We strive to make our customers happy and have apologized for the delays but we are getting all the orders out and shipped. We have since talked to [redacted] and we have rectified this situation.

I was told it would be 2-3 weeks on Nov 13, 2015 when I ordered 4 personalized frames at the craft show in Shakopee, MN. Told them they were Christmas gifts and was assured I would have them in plenty of time for Christmas. E-mailed last week - no reply. Called and left a message - no reply. Today, sat on hold for customer service and was told "No, it's more like 4-5 weeks" and "it's on the post" - [redacted] does that mean?? No apology and no assurance that I will have them in time for Christmas. The woman told me that she couldn't give me any kind of a status on them. This concerns me because I asked them to change one of the designs up a bit from the display and I am very concerned about the communication between the sales woman and the person(s) actually making them now!

This company is unbelievable. I am a retailer who has been lied to and embarrassed by this Company. Ordered a frame Oct.28. Checked on the status Nov. Took them about a week to reply that it was being shipped out the first week of Dec. Was invoiced Dec. 13. Contacted them Dec.l9. Was told it was shipped Dec. 4. Dec. 20th gave me a tracking number of a parcel delivered to us in June 2013! Gave me another tracking order Jan 8. Post Office had no record of it. Finally got another shipping number Jan. 13th.The order was actually shipped out Jan.l3, 2014. This one was trackable. Order finally arrived Jan. 22-- almost three months later. The order was not done correctly and it looked like a 3 year old had put it together. Terrible work. Not even an apology from the company. I have sent 2 emails to the attention of the owner of this inept company and placed two calls to her. She never has the decency to return calls or emails or to apologize for her company. They owe me over $200 for returned merchandise and will not even give me the courtesy of replying to my emails to say they will send a cheque. This lady deserves to lose her company. Customer service should be first and foremost with any company in business. I have placed many long distance calls to different members of her company only to to be told to leave a message which they never return! However what do you expect when the owner can't be bothered to get in touch with her clients and take care of problems. I have a stack of emails to this company as well. This also happened last year in Oct. but was successful throughout the year in getting orders so thought I would try again for a Christmas order.

Save yourself a lot of grief and aggravation and DO NOT deal with this incompetent company. All they care about is $$$, not whether or not they have happy customers. Pass this message along to anyone thinking about dealing with this mickey mouse company.

By the sounds of the other complaints they just grab people's money and don't worry if the order is processed.,

Review: On September 19, 2015, I was at the Cranberry Festival in Warrens, WI. While at the festival, I came across this vendor selling really cool-looking picture frames. The one that grabbed my eye was of Disney World, knowing my 10 year anniversary was coming up soon and that my spouse & I went do WDW for our honeymoon, I thought this would be a perfect gift. The sales lady said they were out of stock, but would be able to ship me the frame within 2-3 weeks. Several weeks later I began wondering what happened to my frame. I called the company and nobody would answer the phone-- all I got was voicemail. I didn't leave any since I thought maybe it was just taking a bit longer than expected. Another few days passed and I noticed my credit card had been charged. I waited several days for it to show up in the mail (this company is located on the other side of my state, so it shouldn't be held up in the mail process too long).

After several days, I again tried calling the company to verify the charge and obtain a mail tracking number. This time I left a voicemail. Waited a couple of days and tried again. Left voicemail again. Except this time, I tried calling not only their "customer support" dept, but also their "design" dept and every single other department within their phone tree. Nobody answers the phone, so I left a voicemail for each department in the hopes that my message would get forwarded to the right person.

Every single time I have called has been during business hours and before 5 pm central time.

It has now been well over a month, my anniversary is in a few days and my perfect anniv. gift is not here.

Of course when I was at the festival, I should have checked the Revdex.com website, but I didn't. If I had I would have seen that there are numerous complaints about this company.

Review: I ordered two frames at the Little Falls Arts Festival on September 12th. The lady who took my order said I would have in two weeks. One stated the name Annabella plus the meaning of her name. The other stated the name Alaina plus the meaning of her name. Have to receive either frame and they were so suppose to be birthday gifts for my daughters. I am highly unsatisfied and greatly disappointed because it is nearly impossible to find stuff with either of their names on it. Told my oldest that a frame with her name was going to be here shortly after birthday and she's so upset that it hasn't come yet!Desired Settlement: I would like my order and a full refund.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

Not happy with this company at all! I order a personalized picture frame at a show and was told I would receive it by Christmas. After I got home, the grandparent we bought the frame for, told us what they preferred to be called by my daughter. I immediately sent an email to the company to try to get it changed. A week later I hadn't heard anything, so I started making phone calls. Everytime I called I got a voice mail and would leave a detailed message. Never once received a call back. I just received the frame in the mail with the wrong information on it. Yes it was before Christmas but it is not right and I can not give it to the grandparent it was intended for. I am so disappointed that I have not received any calls or responses back. I really like their frames and considered buying several more for other family members. Now I would not even recommend this company to my family or friends.

Review: I ordered a custom-personalized wood frame on October 19, 2013 at a craft show in Wisconsin Dells, WI. I was told from the consultant of Gift Works Plus who was running the booth that my ordered would be sent in on Monday, two days later, and that it would be shipped to my house within 2 weeks. I received a call from the "designing team" of this company on or about November 13th asking me if I would like the frame to be redone because they forgot to put the name on the frame that I had requested on the day of purchase/ordering. I requested to have the name added just like I had ordered a month previous and because of the lateness of the delivery of this product, they agreed to ship it directly to my family member's home in Texas whom the gift was for. They apologized and told me that because of the holiday rush and how they had no idea they would be this busy, that was the reason my one frame was not yet completed. I agreed to having it shipped to Texas with arrival of the product in one week which is what they offered to me.

So now here it is, December 18th and there is still no delivery of this frame to my sibling in Texas. I spent 30 mins on the phone today calling this company numerous times looking to speak to someone live and all I got were voicemails, time and again, no live person. With one final attempt, someone answered the phone and when I asked where my product was, they looked up my order and said it was shipped yesterday to Texas. I asked why the 2-month delay in getting a product that I paid for and they gave me the same answer as the month prior, that they were in a very busy season and that's why it was late.

I asked the name of the president and they said it was [redacted]. I asked to speak to her and she said "I'm in the room and have been listening this whole time". I asked her why she was running a company that collected money and 2 months later there is still no product. She replied that they have been working 18 hour days and was doing the best they could with the amount of ordered they received and didn't foresee that this business would grow so fast. I commented that their lack of staff was not my problem and how they complete orders was not my problem. She said they are only human and can only do so much and that they are doing the best they can and can't do no more. I said, that's not good enough for a customer who's been waiting this long with no product. I said, I find it interesting that you got my money 2 months ago but that one frame wasn't important enough to take care of it and get it to me. It's already too late for Christmas and that I would never ever order other item from them again and that I would spread the word for people not to buy from them.

Ms. [redacted] talked down to me, had a tone to her voice like she was annoyed by the fact that I even called to inquire anything, she was annoyed by the entire phone call that a customer was asking for the product they paid for and an "I'm sorry, we've been busy" was supposed to suffice and make me happy.Desired Settlement: Ms. [redacted] abruptly asked me "do you want your money back?" and I said "yes I would". She said she would refund the $26 and include a gift certificate for a free frame .

My fear is that she just said all of this to get me off the phone and that she was annoyed that I even made the phone call to her company. She said they have done so well with this product which has been a good thing and a bad thing. I said again to her, that really is not my problem as a consumer who paid for the product 2 months ago. I also expressed that if I had ordered 100 frames, this would be different but they didn't treat the one frame as important to them.

I do not feel confident at all that I will be receiving a refund. They are not trustworthy to their word which was proven by the promises they made to me twice which still hasn't been delivered. I even highly doubt that the product has even left their facility yet! That will be proven when it's delivered AFTER Christmas!!!!

Business

Response:

This woman was very rude and was yelling on the phone. [redacted] tried to calm her down but she just kept yelling. We did get her frame out for delivery before Christmas as promised and a complete refund has been issued.

Consumer

Response:

The frame did arrive, 2 months late which is unacceptable after being promised to receive it on 2 different occasions "in 2 weeks". This company has no idea what customer service is and will not make it long without it.

Please note how they replied about "this lady", they don't even know how to address a customer complaint.

I will not be satisfied until the full refund has arrived.

With regard to their comment about "this lady was so rude", as I stated previously, they're response to a customer call was below average and they can't even take ownership of this mistake. Just the fact that the president of the company kept telling me that she didn't have enough manpower for these orders and the 18 hours a day she has been working was a ridiculous excuse as to an order that is 2 months late. What customer wants to hear how many hours the president is working, what we care about is the fact that you took a customer's money and waited 2 months to fill the order.

I fear for anyone ordering from this company as they are not honest, not trustworthy, and have no idea how to treat a customer - which is the #1 priority in any business!

Very dissatisfied with their response and they just proved how inexperienced they are at running a good honest business, not even acknowledging what they did was wrong.

Business

Response:

We did apologize, the owner of the company apologized many times on the phone and was only explaining the situation as for the customer to understand. There was definitely and apologies made and the order rushed out and a check sent.

Business

Response:

We have issued a refund check for Ms. [redacted]. It was mailed on 1/15/14, ck # [redacted].

I had a great experience working with Heather from Gift Works Plus. I needed 3 different college frames. She sent me proofs of ones done previously. I requested changes to two of those - requested specific buildings I wanted included. She asked me for the format I wanted (portrait or landscape). Within the day she'd made the changes and sent out new proofs. They looked great. But I'd screwed up, and actually wanted them landscape format. No problem! She responded in good humor and sent me proofs a third time. They looked great and arrived so quickly I couldn't believe it. They look awesome! I am very impressed with the product and the customer service.

Review: Gift Works was a vendor at the Erie County Fair in Hamburg NY from 8/12/15-8/23/15. I purchased a hand carved 8 1/2 X 11 picture frame on 8/23/2015 for $59.81. The charge hit my account on 8/24/2015. I was told it would be received within 4-6 weeks. When I didn't receive it I found the phone number on the website and called at least 5 times. I have yet to receive a return call. I have proof of the transaction on my bank statement, as well as a picture of the drawing I approved.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order or get a refund.

Good Afternoon. I see this order has not shipped yet. I did give to my manager and he will get this out ASAP. We are behind due to triple the orders from last year and doing the best we can to get everything out. We will get this out ASAP. I will also go ahead and refund the customer. Thank You!

Review: I attended an art fair in Schaumburg, IL on Sat. Sept 6, 2015 when I paid $25 for a picture frame (5x7). I was told they had plenty in stock at their warehouse and I'd receive it via mail the following week. Today is Oct 15 and I still have not received my order. I've emailed them and left several voice mails. When I called a few weeks ago, they had difficulty finding my order but then apparently found it and said my order would be expedited and that I'd have it in about 2 more weeks. Like I said, still no product. Can you please help? I have my receipt. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Delivered product or credit card refund, in addition to an apology for false promises and poor customer service.

Review: On August 14, 2015 I was at the Orange County Fair in Costa Mesa, CA. While at the fair I came across the vendor selling frames. I bought two, one [redacted] and one [redacted]. Unfortunately, they were out of [redacted] at the time. The vendor stated they would ship one out in about two weeks. On September 8 I emailed the company through their website contact page. I received a response on September 9 from a [redacted] with this response:

Sorry for the delay we have received and its being processed it should go out

soon! Thank you

Yesterday, September 26 I sent a second message requesting a status update on my delivery and have not received a response back. It has now been six weeks and nothing has been delivered and I would like the company to contact me, deliver the product and stop deceptive delivery practices. There are numerous complaints about delivery times. They need to be realistic in their delivery promises.Desired Settlement: I want the company to ship my item, apologize, and stop deceptive delivery promises that they are unable to fulfill.

Business

Response:

I apologize for this delay in shipping. Your order did ship today. The shipping/tracking is USPS 9405510200829753256979. We have doubled our orders this year and did not see this coming which caused our delay in shipping. I apologize for this inconvenience and made this aware to our whole team. Please contact myself if you have any further questions. I did give you a call and emailed you as well that has my contact information. During this process we did keep in contact and let you know your order was in production. I did speak with [redacted] and she got the order in again. Very sorry for this inconvenience.

Regards,

Review: I ordered custom frames from a vendor at Cheyenne Frontier Day. This was back on July 24th, 2013. Never got my order I called the vendor many times heard back from her a few times. She told me my order was in the computer, next time we talked she said the machine went down and they lost my order, or it was in the mail. I called the main office on September 04,2013 talked to the manager told her about my complaint. She pulled my order and could have it to me the next business day. Told her NO I want a refund this was a gift for my daughters 1st B-day it was already 2 months late. I asked for a refund. I also talked to the vendor on September 04,2013 she told me no one from Cheyenne has gotten their orders yet because of problems they are having. I have not received the check as of today September 12, 2013.Desired Settlement: They need to satisfy their customers and communicate with them. They need to send out the refund..

Business

Response:

Her order was shipped out to her on 9/20/13 and originally processed in our system on 8/1/13. As she was told we were running behind in shipments due to a parts failure on our machine. We did get this out to her right away after she had spoke to us.

Review: I ordered a custom frame from this vendor at the Greensboro, NC Craftmen's Classic show on 11/29/13. I paid $20 cash and received a handwritten receipt (sort of.) The lady said her name was [redacted] and promised me a proof via email by the following Wed. or Fri. She said if I didn't like the proof I could get a refund.

On 12/6/13 I emailed the vendor about my order, as I had heard nothing from them. I emailed again on 12/9 and threatened to report them for fraud and they responded on 12/10 stating their machine broke. They said my order was guaranteed by Christmas and would be on its way soon. It was still not clear that they understood my order, nor did I receive a proof as promised so I continued to reach out via email. They stopped communicating by email so I obtained their phone number from the craft show management company and called them on 12/19. Someone named [redacted] called me back and explained that they had received more orders than they could keep up with and they were behind. She apologized and said my order had been shipped and was on its way. When my frame arrived, on 12/21, much later than promised, it was not the correct frame. I called [redacted] back and asked for a refund. This frame was a Christmas gift and I needed to make other arrangements. [redacted] apologized and repeatedly insisted that I give them yet another chance to get it right. She said the frame maker was off the week of Christmas but she would call them back in to correct my frame and ship it overnight for 12/24 delivery. [redacted] promised she would give me a refund if they did not send me the correct frame by 12/24. I reluctantly agreed. Sure enough, I received another frame on 12/24 that was not what I ordered. (I never received the proof I was promised. And if this vendor had more orders than they could process, why was the frame maker given the week off?)

I have tried to call [redacted] 3 times today and each call went to a voicemail box that is full so I cannot leave a message. I have seen a number of complaints about this vendor online and wish I had never done business with them.Desired Settlement: I realize I only spent $20 but I feel I am due a refund. This has caused me a lot of time and frustration as well.

Review: I placed an order for a personalized keychain on October 3, 2013. I called on Wednesday, October 15th after not hearing anything and was told that my order would ship on Friday, October 18th. Today is Monday, October 21st. I just got off the phone and was told that there was a problem with production and that my order should ship within the next 1.5 weeks. I asked about a reduction in price since this is much longer than the verbally advertised 10 business days.Desired Settlement: I would like a speedy delivery of my order along with a discount.

Business

Response:

[redacted]'s order was processed on 10/4/13. All show reps are required to let customers know product will ship in 10-14 business days. [redacted]'s order was shipped on 10/22, 12 business days of processing her order and 13 days of ordering her product. We feel we have complied and meet our own requirements.

Review: I ordered 3 custom frames from Gift Works Plus on September 12, 2015 at the Little Falls, MN Arts and Crafts Festival. I had previously purchased frames from this company at another Little Falls Craft Fair but they were not custom so I was able to buy them direct from the booth. One of the persons running the booth took my order and I paid cash. It has been so long now, I actually don't even recall how much I paid. I believe each frame was $26 and then there was some other fee to have them sent. The person taking my order said they preferred cash (I understand now why that was the case...) but since I was okay with a previous purchase, I didn't doubt anything at the time. The person did not give me a formal receipt and said they could look my order up by my email address. I was given a glossy flyer with the company name and contact information. I was told that these would take about 3-4 weeks to be delivered and that I would get an email when they were being shipped or if there were any questions about my order when they were making the frame. In mid-October, I had not heard anything yet so thought I would contact the company to find out the status of my order. I emailed the company customer service on October 13 and received this response on the next day "Thank you for your inquiry, I apologize about the wait on your order. All Orders take approximately two to three weeks for arrival once your order has been placed. Orders may be taking a little bit longer due to this being our peak in our season and we are extremely busy. Your order should be ready to ship within the next week or so . Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you,[redacted]" The person who responded to me was [redacted] at the company customer service department. Based on this response, I decided that these gifts that were to be birthday gifts would become Christmas gifts instead. I never received anything again and on December 4, I called and left a message and also sent a follow-up email to [redacted] to check on status and received this response on December 7 "I am very sorry I spoke with the manager and we will put a rush on it right away so you have it by Christmas again we are very sorry Thank you, [redacted]." I am writing this complaint on December 28. I have never received the 3 frames, an email letting me know a further updated status or any type of email saying there are issues, etc. I am assuming at this point that this company has no intention of fulfilling my order and if I emailed or called again, I would get the same run around. I realized that this dollar amount is relatively small compared to some other thievery or fraud but this company preys on people at craft fairs so although my order was approximately $80, with the potential hundreds to thousands of orders they could be taking and not fulfilling, this dollar amount could be quite large in total.Desired Settlement: Personally I would like to either receive delivery of my order or a refund from Gift Works Plus. However, I would like a warning to go out to all consumers and Craft Fair organizers to be aware of the fraud that this company commits and what the fair-goer that purchases from this company goes through to try and get their order or a refund and based on that would make a choice to not allow Gift Works Plus to sell in their events.

Review: On 8/4/14 I purchased a frame for my dogs picture complete with his name on it. This was done at state fair park I was promised 2 weeks for delivery and was charged $25.00. After numerous phone call s I finally spoke to a kari there and I emailed her my information so that I could get a refund. That was on 8/19/14. To this date I received neither a refund nor my product. I have tried several more ti es to get someone on the phone but no return phone calls. I have called my bank to reverse the chargeDesired Settlement: I just want my money back

We have let customers know that due to the amount or orders we recieved at state fair it put us behind a couple of weeks. We have apologized for the delays but we are a small company and we do not have stock so each order gets custom made. This does take some time but our finished product is well worth it. Her order did ship on 9/12/14 USPS# [redacted] regardless that she did not pay for it since she cancelled the payment. Thank you!

Review: I ordered 8 name and meanings plates on dec 6, 2015 which were suppose to be christmas presents, but never showed up. Jan 10 I sent an email to customer service and got this email back

Thank you for your inquiry. I apologize about the wait on your order. All orders take about 3 to four weeks for delivery once processed. You should have received you r order by now as it was processed on Dec 7 2016. I have reprinted your order and given it to my Supervisor [redacted] w/ the instructions that it still hasn’t been shipped and needs to go out immediately. You will receive an official shipping notification through the web which you placed the order once the order has been officially shipped. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you,

Customer Service

I have yet to get a shipping email or hear back from customer service. I would like to get the name plates soon, my husband picked up the ones we could when he was in Alaska and we ordered the other ones we needed. I should have check on Revdex.com before I ordered if I would have known there was 23 delivery issues I porbably would have never ordered any.Desired Settlement: I would like my items I paid for delivered.

Review: Purchased a custome frame from this company, and was GUARANTEED that it would be delivered to my home WITHIN 2 weeks. We are now 5 weeks into this mess, and they will only return an occasional email. When I called (roughly 2 weeks after not receiving the item), I had to call and leave several messages that went unanswered. I finally got ahold of someone at their ###-###-#### number, and that person told me that they had lost my order, and that they still couldn't find it. She asked that I be patient, and I agreed to be. On Aug. 27, 2014, I received an email from [redacted] stating that they found my order and it was being immediately processed. Now, after an additional 3 weeks, I received a phone call stating that they lost my order again. This was the same day that l received an email from "[redacted]" telling me to call ###-###-#### to have a rush placed on the order.

I want my money back, and I want everyone to know to avoind this company!Desired Settlement: I want my debit card credited the FULL, ENTIRE amount!!!!

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Of course this does NOT resolve my complaint. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE DAMN FRAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's start off by saying that the lies from this company are beyond insulting and shocking. I was originally told that my order was not placed thru the company directly. That was a lie. I was then told they lost my order. Then I was told a couple weeks later that it was found. That too was a lie. I was then told that they lost it again, but then the next day it was magically shipped out to me. That would be yet another lie among even more lies. I shouldn't have to endure any of this, just based on their lies alone.

Earlier this month, I was left two voicemails in two consecutive days. The first message stated that they had ONCE AGAIN lost my order, and that I needed to call them to explain what the order was so they could process it for me. That meant waiting another additional week, two weeks, or whatever. Then, the very next day, someone claiming to be the owner called and said the order shipped. How does an order ship the very next day after I was told by their customer service that the order was lost??? I don't doubt the custom frames are nice, that is why I ordered one. Having said that, they now claim that the order was shipped on the 10th. Well, where is it??? I have never received the frame, and, while I wasn't exactly happy about the extra wait time, I was willing to wait the additional time to receive it rather than fight over this. I wanted the frame, which is why I ordered it! Now, after waiting for 49 DAYS for something I was promised would be delivered to my door in less than two weeks, I simply want a full refund. How do you justify treating a customer this way?

This is a stall tactic that they continuously use on their customers. I have checked quite a few web sites regarding reviews on their company. They are all riddled with negative comments about the same issue I am experiencing right now. Their own Facebook page is loaded with problems and issues regarding this matter from other unsatisfied customers. I wish I had seen the reviews prior to purchasing from this terrible company.

I want this all to go away. I am asking for a full refund. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't think that is asking for too much, and I think I am being more than fair. The frame never came, and I don't feel as though I should have to wait any longer for an order they simply can't find. How did I, the customer, become the bad guy in all of this? Why should I lose out on my money, and still have NO FRAME!?!?!?!

Review: I paid for 4 Name Personality Profiles. However, the young lady who sold them to me did not have 1 of the names, and stated that she would make my 4th profile and mail it to me within 7-10 business day. This transcation took place on August 18th, 2013 and I still have not received the profile. I have contacted them, however, they have chosen to ignore my emailsDesired Settlement: First the business should contact me and not ignore my emails. Second, I want my Name Personality Profile delivered to me ASAP. This is poor customer service.

[redacted]'s order was shipped out on 9/12/13. Tracking number [redacted]. This order came into the office on 8/23/13. We are currently in our busiest time of the year until Christmas. Orders are 2-3 weeks out from the day they get processed in the office.

I purchased a beautiful wooden frame this fall at a local craft festival. At the same time, I custom ordered another frame to give for a gift. About a week later before they processed my frame,I received a call doublechecking all my information. This was the first tip that I knew this was a reliable company. The frame arrived approximately one week later and it was perfect, except that the D's looked like O's because of the particular font that was used on the frame. I immediately called them and sent them a picture. They were very accommodating to my request and the very next morning, I received a proof of the frame that was were going to re-make for me. Each time I spoke to a respresentative of this company, they were very courteous and wanted to make sure that I, the customer was also very satisfied with my order. I would, without a doubt, use them again and also refer to my friends.
