product is well worth it.  Her order did ship on  9/12/14 USPS# [redacted] regardless that she did not pay for it since she cancelled the payment.  Thank you!

Non-existant customer service. Once you place your order, they do not respond to phone calls or emails, I ordered a frame, and weeks after I was supposed to have received it, I got the frame, but with the wrong engraving! I have left them voice mail and emails, and no response,

Let's start off by saying that the lies from this company are beyond insulting and shocking.  I was originally told that my order was not placed thru the company directly.  That was a lie.  I was then told they lost my order.  Then I was told a couple weeks later that it was found.  That too was a lie.  I was then told that they lost it again, but then the next day it was magically shipped out to me.  That would be yet another lie among even more lies.  I shouldn't have to endure any of this, just based on their lies alone.
Earlier this month, I was left two voicemails in two consecutive days.  The first message stated that they had ONCE AGAIN lost my order, and that I needed to call them to explain what the order was so they could process it for me.  That meant waiting another additional week, two weeks, or whatever.  Then, the very next day, someone claiming to be the owner called and said the order shipped.  How does an order ship the very next day after I was told by their customer service that the order was lost???  I don't doubt the custom frames are nice, that is why I ordered one.  Having said that, they now claim that the order was shipped on the 10th.  Well, where is it???  I have never received the frame, and, while I wasn't exactly happy about the extra wait time,  I was willing to wait the additional time to receive it rather than fight over this.  I wanted the frame, which is why I ordered it!  Now, after waiting for 49 DAYS for something I was promised would be delivered to my door in less than two weeks, I simply want a full refund.  How do you justify treating a customer this way?  
This is a stall tactic that they continuously use on their customers.  I have checked quite a few web sites regarding reviews on their company.  They are all riddled with negative comments about the same issue I am experiencing right now.  Their own Facebook page is loaded with problems and issues regarding this matter from other unsatisfied customers. I wish I had seen the reviews prior to purchasing from this terrible company.
I want this all to go away.  I am asking for a full refund.  Nothing more, nothing less.  I don't think that is asking for too much, and I think I am being more than fair.  The frame never came, and I don't feel as though I should have to wait any longer for an order they simply can't find.  How did I, the customer, become the bad guy in all of this?  Why should I lose out on my money, and still have NO FRAME!?!?!?!

We are very sorry she did not receive her second frame.  The designers have been working on this frame and she should have it in the next week or two.  It is a personalized custom frame that needs a lot of work put into the design so we will get this out to her as soon as possible. ...

Company is horrible to getting their product delivered. I ordered a basic frame with a very basic name and I'm picking it up directly from the company. It's 8 weeks later and I still have no product. Nobody responds to the phone calls or emails.

Gift Works Plus steals photos off the Internet, mass prints them and then mass inserts into their custom photo frames before delivery to vendors.

They stole one of my Black Bear photos, as well as several other peoples photos (all related to National Park themes) and inserted those photos into frames before fulfilling an order to Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. There's nothing quite like the disturbing feeling of walking into a gift shop and seeing an unauthorized print of one of your photos - framed and ready to sell.

Review: Ordered a custom frame at "CranFest" in Warrens Wisconsin September 28, 2013. Was told the frame would ship in 7 to 10 days. My Credit card was charged on 10/4/13. Did not received the frame. Have sent text messages, e-mails with no response. The business phones are not operating.Desired Settlement: Receive frame or credit my credit card for $47.08.

They need to have staff to answer the phone if they call it a business! I called all of their depts and wasn't able to get in touch with a live person at any of the extensions and many of the extensions didn't even have voice mail set up. Appears to me then that the company is a rip off company. I was just trying to find out what a charge was on my credit card. Still waiting for a call back!!!............

Review: I am writing about a very poor experience with this company. I placed an order for two Christmas gifts on November 1. When my order arrived, it was incomplete and incorrect. I contacted customer service, and was told they would correct the errors and ship it out again. I did not hear from them again until I emailed to check on the status of the second shipment and request the tracking number. When I tracked this shipment, I saw that it had traveled from the west coast to about 40 miles away from my home in Indiana, and was then on its way back to the west coast after arriving at an incorrect address. Once again, I contacted customer service and was told that they would ship the items a THIRD time. I told them that I needed to receive the shipment by December 23, in order to give the items to the gift recipients when they were in town for the holidays. Not only did this third shipment not arrive on time, but when it did arrive (after Christmas) it was wrong AGAIN! I contacted Mary in customer service. She was apologetic and said that she would forward my information to the manager, [redacted] never stepped in to apologize for the repeated errors and/or to offer me something in the way of an apology. Finally, I requested a full refund ($42.50) for this order to cover my out-of-pocket expenses, including purchasing additional frames and shipping the items to two different locations, as a result of the company's several mistakes. It was not until I informed them that I would be filing a complaint, that [redacted] stepped in with a generic apology that suggested that he had not really taken the time to understand the repeated errors on the company's part and/or the frustration on my part. It was a frustrating, stressful, and costly transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this order ($42.50).

Review: on september 2,2013 I purchased four name inserts from one of there employees at a craft fair and still have not received them.I have contacted them four times so far about by items and they keep telling me they are going out the next day but I never receive them so I feel they are just telling me that to get me off the phone.All I want is my product.Desired Settlement: I really would like my inserts and if they cannot come thru with them then I would like a full refund. I do not want to have to wait two more months either.I know they can be done sooner because I have ordered from them in the past and never waited this long.

Every frame is designed by our design team and then hand engraved to produce an outstanding product. When the customer receives their frame they can actually smell the fresh wood. Due to this process delivery issues may arise especially during the holidays. We can never anticipate the number of orders we are going to receive. We try our best to make all of our customers happy. We apologize if your order took a little longer than expected. We did get your order on 9/3 and USPS shipped on 9/11. Each frame takes different amounts of time due to the personalization.

I ordered 2 frames at a craft show this past Oct. I purchased 3 that they had with grandkids name but 2 they didn't have. Was told I would receive them in 2 weeks so I to called and e-mailed them with no one getting back to me. Finally received them 6 weeks later. Made the mistake of ordering 2 more frames on Dec.2 and they said delivery before christmas. They shipped it on the 17th and it had one frame in it. I called right away to find out if there was another box coming and why they weren't shipped together. I have called and e-mailed and like everyone else's complaints, no one answers or gets back to me. I finally got a e-mail from [redacted] on christmas saying my order was sent on the 17th. I already got that package with 1 frame in it. So I e-mailed her again saying I paid for 2 frames but only received 1.Its like no one knows what is going on with this business. No one responds to anything. I don't know how this company is still running. I even threatened to report them but they don't even respond to that. Anyway, still waiting for my second frame. One more thing, when you buy something from them you never get a receipt from them...strange. Very disappointed customer.

Review: I went to the Los Angeles County Fair on the first day (August 29, 2014) and purchased two custom picture frames from Gift Works Plus. One was a California State University San Bernardino frame and another was a custom frame that they had to design and were suppose to email me the frame image before mailing it to my brother. After complaining in October, they sent my university frame and nothing else. I told them they still had not sent my other frame, they told me they would look into it and I have not heard another things from them. They did not have any form of receipts, instead the sales women wrote on the top of their flyer and said that would be ok. All I want is my money back or the frame I purchased over 3 monthDesired Settlement: All I want is my money back or the frame I purchased over 3 months ago.

Review: On September 18, 2015, I ordered a personalized frame at the Wisconsin Dells Craft show. Because they did not have the name we were looking for; we had to special order the frame. I paid for order in full at the time and funds were withdrawn from my account on the same day. I left a message on October 26, November 4 & 5 with the customer service department and still have not received a call back. I sent an email last week through their website telling them that I urgently needed to hear from someone regarding my order and still no reply. I left a message November 12, with the wholesale department thinking I might hear back from them or they would transfer the message to the appropriate person. I requested a call for same day and did not receive a call. I informed them that if I did not hear from someone regarding this issue: I would report it to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the frame to be delivered immediately or as soon as possible. Would like before Christmas!

Review: I had purchased and paid (by credit card) for a laser wood frame from Gift Works Plus at the Holy Hill Craft Fair on September 23rd. I told them I would need it for a wedding October 19th, they assured me that it would not be a problem and if needed could even put a "rush" on it. I never received or heard from them, and on Friday Oct. 11th I had sent an email to [redacted] (at this point her voice mail box at work was full) at the company explaining that I had not received the product, she sent back and email stating that she would make sure I got it in time. On Friday Oct 18th, I called her again and said I had still not received, she at that time told me there was a problem with the order-asked why she did'nt call me, since she had that info with my order, and was told that the order and charge slip had been seperated. She offered to send it out on Monday Oct, 21st-which was after the wedding I needed it for-or give me a credit (which I was told they don't usually offer). I said I wanted the money returned, but since the time I had used my credit card to pay for it, my credit card had been stolen/hacked, and was cancelled so she would not be able to credit that account and I asked for a paper check. I stressed to her that I was not pleased with the practices of the compandy and that perhaps they should not take on so many orders at these craft fairs if they are not able to keep their end of the contract. [redacted] assured me again that she would send it out.

I have since left [redacted] several emails and voice mails asking for my refund and stressing again how unprofessional the company is, and have not heard either way from them or received a check. The amount for this is just $26.00, but that is not the principal, I was really looking forward to giving this personalized gift to a great couple that were getting married.

I will strongly reconsider any time purchasing from one of these craft fairs again. It goes without saying how poorly I think this company conducts business, and feel that a repoted complaint is needed. An apology would be nice also, but truthfully at this point I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I do however want to again express that this was not over the holidays as the company as stated and I did talk to and was promised a refund back when this first came to light (in October) and never received after several contacts with the company-the way the company writes it I received the order late-this was not the case, and they make it sound like I did'nt even ask for a refund which again was not the case. I have no doubt that their product is outstanding,(I would not have ordered otherwise) I think they need to re-think when they make promises to people who will use their products as a gift, perhaps again, they should not be taking on more than they can supply.

I welcome them to issue me a refund for this, however I will believe it when I see it!

Called asked where product was, informed it would come second week of Sept. No answer when calling back, left several messages. I was very excited to find this vendor's booth at the Big E in September 2015. My then fiancee & I ordered our customized 8x10 wedding frame from them. About 2 months later, the 1st frame came. It was the correct style but the wrong size. I called and spoke to Mary; we did not received a corrected frame for 3 months. When that frame arrived, it was the correct size but the wrong style. I then addressed this issue with Mary again. I had the 2nd correction sent to me within 5 business days. It was the correct size and style but was badly damaged. I notified Mary again and received the 3rd correction in the mail in record time. The last frame received was perfect. We have since gotten married and the frame hangs proudly in our living room. I want to point out they sent every frame wrapped in bubble wrapped & shipped priority. They never had me send any of the frames back and went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. For that and for the final & correct product received is beautiful, I give them a positive review.

I am very happy with my experience with Giftworksplus. I attended an arts & craft fair in which this company had a display at and I ordered a frame. The person taking the order wrote down the wrong description of the frame so I was sent the wrong one. After contacting the company about it, they were very helpful in making sure to replace the frame with the correct one that I had originally ordered. It looks great. I'm very happy with the frame and with another one that I ordered. I would definitely order from them again.

I would like to commend this company for the excellent product (a gift I purchased from them for my daughter) .It is very well crafted and I am quite proud of it. Also the employees I spoke to were exceptionally nice and eager to please. They did a fantastic job and I am going to be ordering from them again . Thank you to all I spoke to and especially Heather who did the proof. Love it.

Review: Hello, I purchased a baby frame from this company at a craft show at the Biglerville Apple Festival in October, 2014. The baby I purchased this personalized frame for was due that February, 2015. The vendor that took my credit card and information said someone from the company would contact me in January to follow up on the baby's birth. I never heard from the company despite many calls, messages, and e-mails. I had to purchase another gift for this person and thereby double my expense. I went back to the same vendor fair to find this vendor in October 2015 and she was there. I asked her about my frame. She said it was charged to my credit card and was in a "hold" bin. She said they were busy that's why I was not contacted. She gave me her e-mail and her aunt's (the owner's-she said she was the niece). She was rude and hostile with me. When I asked her if my e-mail didn't get returned what I should do then and her response was "call the police! I don't know what to tell you!" I have received no money back or contact from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, and the delivery of the order.
