I am not please with the people working there. All of the people there are rude and short words when it comes to answering my questions. I know I have every right to ask questions and for them to be short and rude is just ridiculous. I hope I never hear from them again. I already paid my dues to them. Just send me a email about closing my account since I paid my account. I do not want them to call me ever.

Good Afternoon, My name is Helene and I am here to complain in regard to a phone call I made with Glass Mountain Capital LLC. I called them my self to find out why they called me yesterday. Today I was told repeatedly that I was to verify my address and social security number with them before they would state the purpose of their original call to me.
I was harassed verbally and mentally and will pursue legal counsel today.

I was called again this morning AT MY JOB. The account they are trying to collect on is in the hands of z credit management company and that company has contacted GLASS MOUNTAIN CAPITAL previously about this issue.
I believe GLASS MOUNTAIN CAPITAL received a cease and disist contact order from First Credit Management on my behalf a month or more ago.(their number is: X-XXXX-XXX-XXXX)
I also know that GMC should not have this account as FCM has had the account they are trying to collect on for over 1 year and is in arbitration with them.
STILL.....the anger is NOT that I'm contacted, but that I am contacted AFTER reuqesting multiple times to have my employement number removed from their call list. I did talk to a GLORIA [redacted] (XXX)XXX-XXXX (ref # XXXXXXX) today and she said it takes 48-72 hrs to have a number removed and I told her and am repeating again now....THIS HAS BEEN REQUESTED since the 1st phone call months ago, particular since January 1, when GMC began calling ever other day to my office.
I hope this info ends the confusion about contacting me at work.
