I've returned an item and requested and exchange back in December and I've still haven't received my new items
I've paid for my item to be shipped back to them and requested an exchange back in December they lied to me and said they sent me an invoice with a balance for new item I'm requesting which I would happily pay for but I never received invoice only thing I'm getting is lies and excuses on how they are backed up on orders which make no sense seeming how they stated they sent me an invoice and I just needed to pay in order for item to get shipped it's been on going back and forward with them with no resolution.

Desired Outcome

I want the product I requested without having to pay for anything else since I've paid for shipping it back already only to not receive anything back.

I received a product that was too small, and I was kindly informed that I could return the product, and that the issue would be resolved within a week when a new product would be shipped to me. The products are good quality, but here is where my issue lies: terrible customer service and shipping.
It took me nearly two days to get ahold of someone to answer my questions. Almost every email I send is ignored or answered more than 3 days later. I've been told that processing my shipped item would take only a couple of days, then received what appeared to be an automated reply telling me it would be up to two weeks to process a returned product. After this issue is resolved, I don't think I'll shop with this company again.

Never received an item despite FedEx stating it was delivered. Gld refused to take liability and would not assist me in a refund or a new item.
I ordered an item on GLD and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/13/2019. The item currently states it is delivered, but no package no item has appeared. I have spoken to the postal office and it says it is delivered on their end, but I still have not received an item. Please help me. Fed Ex tracking number is : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and my GLD order number is : XXXXXX and my GLD Support ticket is XXXXXX
You guys refused to take liability, and nor did the post office. A few months later, I sent my final email to you regarding the ticket, and never got a response on my ticket regarding the claim, and still to this day have not gotten a reply.

Desired Outcome

I would like my full payment to be refunded to my original form of payment.

We are not liable for orders that are shipped and delivered. If the package was lost in transit than we would be more than happy to replace that order for you. I appreciate your fast response time.

I was disappointed with the exchange I had with the representative despite good past experiences. As a customer of GLD with several pieces bought, I thought your team would have been more helpful and such and sent me out a new piece or some form of compensation at the time.

Not only did I not receive my item or a replacement, I was ignored and that made me never want to do business with you guys again.

I loved your pieces and would love to continue to buy from you guys, but not with such a negative experience.

I ordered two custom picture pendants and chains on 11/08/2019. I was informed on their website that I would get my items before Christmas (average wait time says 4-6 weeks). I was a bit scared because I read a lot of reviews from people saying they didn't receive their items until months later. My items were at my front door on 11/29/2019, 3 weeks from the purchase date. After I made my purchase online, I realized I selected both pendants to be a medium size circle and actually wanted one to be an oval size and the chain lengths to be shorter than what I put in. I emailed customer support and Chanel kindly took care of my requests. She stated pendants cannot be changed but since I reached out the next day of purchase, she'd be able to change the lengths of my chains to the smaller size I wanted. I also told her that they can keep the extra money from the chain change, but the GLD shop reimbursed me anyways and I didn't realize it until now. This is why I am writing this review. Not only did I receive my package 1 week before the 4-6 week wait, they even reimbursed me for something I told them that they could keep due to the miscommunication. Support team always responds quickly so I'm confused as to when others say the support team being nonresponsive. I was under the impression that I would be emailed a tracking number of my order once it was shipped but I never received one, so I didn't even know my items were on the way (not complaining at all since I received it so fast). I also did not get the "life time" black card with my packages (not complaining- just want to verify that if I do need fixing, I can still send it in without the card). Overall, I will definitely shop with GLD again and the pieces I've received are absolutely stunning. Thank you, guys.

Terrible customer service. When I voiced my disappointment I never heard from them again and was unable to get my issue resolved.

I was bery pleased with not only my purchase but the swift response I received from the company about my shipping. Not only did she explain how shipping works but told me exactly what stage my item was in. It does take approximately a month to receive custom merch but it's worth the wait.
