I made an online purchase and paid for overnight shipping and still haven't received my order.
I placed an order online and paid for overnight delivery, it was a gift for my son's birthday. I contacted customer service via email because I never received it. I got a reply saying because of the time and day I placed my order it wasn't able to be shipped out for overnight delivery. Their website should not allow for customers to be charged for overnight delivery if they can't honor it otherwise it's just a scam to rip people off in hopes that they won't complain about it.

Desired Outcome

I was told I couldn't cancel my order, which I still haven't received. If and when I do receive it I would like to get reimbursed for overnight delivery fee.

matter has been resolved

We ordered a 3D pendant,the order number is #XXXXXX. We purchased this item on May 25 and we still have not received it.
On May 25, 2019, I ordered a 3D pendant of a family member that passed away suddenly at 18. We were supposed to get the pendant in 2 or 4 weeks. When we did not receive it, we contacted GLD Shop on June 12. We were told by GLD Shop that it would take two more weeks, and we would receive the order. I have the transcript on my contacts as proof. When I did not received the pendant by July 15th, I contacted GLD Shop again. Chanel told me there was a delay in customs and there was an abandon package. When I respond back to her in regards to her email, she never responded. Thus, I reached out to GLD Shop again on July 22, 2019. I talked to Raven who gave my a $50 dollar gift certificate for the troubles, and she told me "that there was an issue caught during the final inspection of the Large Yellow Gold Plated Photo pendant, and it did not pass our final quality inspection." She told me that GLD Shop was remaking it, and we would receive the pendant in 4 weeks. I have contacted GLD Shop again because I have not received the pendant. Everett told me that he would contact the production team and get back to me in 24 hours. He did not do this. I have asked for a refund, and GLD Shop has refused to send me the pendant I ordered or refund the money. It is now August 16, 2019, and I ordered the item on May 25th, 2019. I have all correspondence as proof of the information I have stated.

Desired Outcome

We would like a refund. The pendant was ordered to wear on the anniversary of our family member's death, and it was missed. Raven stated that we would get it in 4 weeks and GLD Shop has not done as promised. We want a full refund of $159.

This week GLD Shop responded to my complaint and they sent me the item that I paid from on May 25th.

I never received my order that was place on June 24th
I never received my order of a tennis chain and when I go to email the company I have never received an response. My card was charged and my order was on June 24th.

Desired Outcome

I would like my chain and an explanation as to why It's been almost two months and I haven't heard a word from them.

Did you maybe place the order with a different name or email address? Also are you sure you purchased from the GLD shop? I ordered a chain from this company on April 26th 2019. I paid a total of $323.95, that includes a $9.95 "Priority Shipping" fee. Never received it.

I am not interested In continuing these one sided conversations! If your ONLY option is to make them Just like they are Now I have Zero interest In these Pendants!! I have Had a custom pendant Made before and guess what I was kept in loop whole time and felt appreciated whole time ! I don't get that from you! If I would of known you guys are not Revdex.com accredited business I would of never done business with you in First place! The ONLY other items I own that are silver that cost around this much are my custom bullet chains and never had any problem! I think we are on two separate pages! Honestly. Worst service out there, if you wanna lose your money look no further! Gld shop is here. I ordered and the order got canceled for fraudulent protection and while I understand it happened I'm not sure why but I understand it happened for some reason. I contacted my bank they said it may of been false flagged, but anyways. My refund never came. Being told to wait 3-5 business days turned into 3-5 weeks or so. It's been now a total of 2-3 months and still have not seen my $300 back into my account. All they say is contact the bank, they won't help me otherwise. Asked for it to be forwarded to a supervisor or corporate. Nothing, no response and it's been 3-4 weeks since that. Absolutely horrible no matter what I've done. No way around this even though I've tried multiple things. I contacted my bank over phone and in person still can't get my refund as gld shop never sent it back or attempted to. On the 5th time of me asking for my money back a bogus email was sent saying a refund confirmation and that it was on the way. Knew it was bogus but waited anyway to see and have a little a hope. Still nothing. Horrible service id never recommend to any friends, family or my worst enemy.

Ordered a gold chain for my birthday on the 8th of July, 2019, and still haven't received the gift. I've noticed that there have been many complaints from others on Revdex.com that ordered from you, but had difficulties with receiving the products. On my order you stated that the shipping company would be UPS Economy (10-14 days)... When I checked the UPS website to track the package on 07/17/2019, it showed my package "in transit arriving later than expected"... I understand that this postal method does get handed to USPS for final delivery, and does take longer then expected to get to me, but the last tracking location for this was in San Francisco, CA. Why wasn't I told at the checkout screen that it would take months to receive? I think this is unfair to customers who believe in your company, and are looking to rep your company's items. Please help me with this issue because I'm still waiting for my birthday gift one month later! #haventreceivedmygldchain

Looking for this business to give fair warning to customers who live in states such as Hawaii and or Alaska or Guam who may experience high volume of shipping problems. Ordered one of their "Free" chains and I have tried to email to find out why I haven't received my chain yet but no response.
Its been 66 days and counting and still no word on my order. I have attempted to email and see what the issue is but no response. This is ridiculous since the original email said it would be 4 weeks max. I have a confirmation email and proof of payment and at this point I just want to know if I'll ever get my chain because if not I just want my money back.

It turns out a separate fraudulent company was using this companies information to scam people. I will be going to my bank to try to get a refund, but this wasn't the fault of this company.

This complaint is regarding a purchase made online that I did not receive and the resolution provided.
I placed an order on July 16th for a gold cross. Necklace. Please refer to order XXXXXX. I received an email confirmation notice with tracking details showing that my package was out for delivery through the post office. Please refer to tracking number 1Z8627Y0YNXXXXXXXX. On July 19th another email stated that my package was delivered. I checked my mailbox and there was no package. I waited a day later to check on again on July 20th and still there was no package. What was also odd was that the tracking number for my package shows the delivery date was changed from July 19tH to now July 20th. I waited for Monday to see if anything would change and there was still no package. The tracking number this time shows that my package was delivered on July 22nd. I emailed customer support regarding this issue and was advised that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages? I was further advised to contact my local post office which they advised the package may have been lost. If I constantly order from a company, I would expect better customer service. There was no attempt to offer a replacement. I am not asking for my money back. This was a gift for someone that I truly care for. This company chose to deal with USPS and made no request to have a signature required before delivering this package and there not at fault for not making sure that a customers package gets delivered successfully? This customer service rep by the name of *** probably followed her companies protocol, but she displayed no empathy and there was no resolution. That is totally unacceptable. I am not going to be held responsible because of this companies negligence. It is not my fault that this package got lost. Make it right for your customers!

Have not received my refund or cancellation!
I ordered a Cuban Chain from The Gld Shop on 07/09/2019 and used their third party payment provider Sezzle. I received a shipping confirmation, then the following day I received an email stating that the chain was sold out. How is it possible to ship something and then claim it is out of stock? I was then informed that I will get store credit which I immediately declined. I asked for an immediate refund, to which I was told I will receive 3-5 business days. It is going on 2 weeks now and have not received any cancellation notice or a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the dishonest service this company offers. It is amazing that they are still in business.

I wish I could give this company (or lack thereof) ZERO stars!! I am having the same issue as Hector, Derek and Aisha mention below!! I ordered a customer pendant on May 6, 2019 and it is now July 14, 2019. It has been 10 weeks and my order has not even shipped to me yet!! The website says up to 6 weeks - FALSE STATEMENT!! When I email to get updates no one replies until days later and all they say is "order was delayed in production". Customer Service ! The only way to contact someone is via email or through a chat. No one to talk to on the phone. No sales rep has offered me any kind of compensation - no gift card or anything. I have asked for a full refund, but I doubt I will get a response. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, TIME AND ENERGY AND SHOP WITH ANOTHER WEBSITE THAT IS PROFESSIONAL!!!

I ordered a customized bubble pendant with the word " HOPE " in 18k gold vermeil with CZ Stones. I payed via my credit card with 4 payments of 62.20 through sezzle who pays the GLD shop. I payed a total of 248.80 with first payment on May 24,2019 and last July 5, 2019. It's been 7 weeks and I haven't received pendant . It was only suppose to be 4-6 weeks . Sezzle and the GLD shop does not respond to my letters or emails . The pendant was a graduation gift to my daughter . I am very ill and the word HOPE is something I want her to always keep with her even when I'm gone !! It's sad that I never got to give her the gift and how business like the GLD shop get away with this scam !!

They have not responded to multiple other messages through their website but They just responded like 10 minutes ago stalling for more time , it's been over 7 weeks and they keep saying the same thing . I feel this is a scam and I would like a full refund ASAP . These people are getting wealthy off of taking advantage of others , in my opinion this is obvious ! The customer service department is very unprofessional and unclear. Except solid gold orders and many non-solid gold orders to take 2+ months to ship despite the estimates they provide you (for instance, they'll leave a comment to this review saying it takes 4-6 weeks, but even from previous responses from the Gld shop itself, there's somehow an extra 2+ weeks not including shipping within the proclaimed 4-6 week time period, assuming "no delays"). The company is essentially trying to maximize profits by buying in bulk far ahead enough, but the prices don't speak the same tune; they run off happy pocketing your lump sum of cash for the purchase, then take their very relaxed time in sending you your order, communicating poorly to your questions/concerns of the inconsideration on their end. I recommend other, reputable online dealers who ship in an appropriate timeline with helpful customer service (that's also a clear indicator you're buying from a good jeweler, one who can take an order and have a piece ready within an appropriate timeline - this also reflects the degree to which the jeweler cares for the quality of their pieces, clearly not being demonstrated here).

I ordered a custom pendant and necklace on 3 Mar 2019. I still haven't received my product.
On Mar 3rd 2019 I ordered a custom necklace and pendant for $300. My first complaint is after selecting 5-7 day delivery, my confirmation said custom items take 4-6 weeks. My oder number is XXXXXX. I sent 3 emails requesting statues. On 9 Jun I was told it's in production and I will receive it soon. On 21 Jun, I was told they are backed up and I should be receiving it soon. And I responded back stating I want a refund this is unacceptable. I received a reply that there's no refunds on custom orders. My last email was on 1 Jul 2019 and I'm waiting a response. The product was a Birthday gift for my best friend whom birthday was Jun 6th. Any help to resolve this, preferably get my money back, would be greatly appreciated.

I've received another message from this company on Jul 15th saying there were a defect and my order had to be remade which will take another 4-5 weeks. I want my money back. I'm disappointed and ***. This should not be a acceptable. They said no refund on custom made orders. Well they have voided the terms of the contract many of times. All I want is my *** money back. It's Jul 16th and I placed my order on May 6th. I don't want the gift. I don't want to do business with them anymore. If it's up to me, I'll will recommend no one else ever purchase from this company again. At this point I'm ready to get a lawyer.

I have processed the refund which you should be receiving a email confirmation. Please keep in mind that refunds can take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to post back into your account. Wrong bracelet size ordered sent back and have not got new one in and now they wont email me back been waiting since May 15th 2019
On May 11th 2019 I placed an ordered for a bracelet got the wrong size emailed their support and was told to ship back and they would send correct size. spoke with *** and she said they were gonna send me the bracelet back but never heard or seen it again. I eamiled again and got support agent *** she told me that *** no longer was employed there so she would look into issue and told me that nothing was done and recieved. Its been 4 weeks now and still no bracelet or money.

canceled order for no reason
This site makes its incredibly hard to purchase anything. I have attempted to purchase through sezzle multiple times and its been canceled everytime with the money taken out. I have had no response in why this keeps happening and no way to order this is incredibly frustrating.

Customer service is non responsive as my Solid gold chain broke within the first week.
This is my first complaint on Revdex.com and I'm an avid online shopper, so that should tell you a lot about the operations of GLD. Jewelry is a product that should be surrounded by customer care as it's pricy and elegant, but GLD has lacked professional communication and due diligence on their end. My first piece from GLD was a gold plated Cuban link because I wanted to make sure that I could trust the quality of the fairly reasonably priced product. I was satisfied as it arrived on a timely manner, and quality was durable. My second order, I made the decision to purchase a solid gold chain and a tennis bracelet. Since my chain was solid gold, it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive, in which took the full 6 weeks to arrive; which I was okay with. When the box arrived, it was busted open and my bracelet was missing with only the chain sitting in the box, but outside of the packaging. I reached out to GLD immediately and they said as long as I sent in the picture of the receipt in the box, they can ship out another bracelet. The new bracelet was then shipped but under size so I had to pay for a shipping label and return the package for an exchange; which I was still okay with since I understand things happen. Within that same week, after wearing my solid gold chain for 4 days, I found it snapped next to my pillow after a nights sleep. IDK if the chain links were loose or what, but for a solid gold chain to break without much pressure is extremely alarming. Since there is a 14 day policy on items, I reached out to GLD immediately but now they continue to ignore me. I've spent roughly $400 with this company and all I have is a gold plated chain. No bracelet and a broken "solid gold" chain - and absolutely no follow up or responses from customer service. I've attempted to call the hotline, emailed customer care and VIP, but nothing. What I find most alarming is that some of my clients use their products in our photo shoots( hence why I found GLD), but I'm not sure if I can continue to represent their products in my line of work.

Desired Outcome

I'm extremely dissatisfied and expect to receive an exchange for the quality products I ordered, or a refund - I can ship back anything they need.
