This company is very unprofessional. DO NOT order anything from here. I placed my order on March 7, 2019 with the expectation of receiving my order within 4-6 weeks it has been over 2 months now and I still haven't received anything. I emailed customer service about it and of course I only get a run around. If I can't get my merchandise soon I want a full refund and I'll stop at nothing to get it

I ordered a custom pendant and chain April 9 2019 and still haven't received it and I do not when I will receive it need help please.
I bought a custom picture pendant and chain April 9 2019 and still haven't received it I contacted theshopgld.com several times via email and they keep telling me it's and production. But when the last time I contacted them I haven't gotten a response. I have all the emails in going back and forth with these guys and it's been over 4-6 weeks and I still haven't gotten a delivery date please help me resolve my issue I just want what I paid for .

They sent me it finally it's resolved

I exchanged my chain and paid more for the upcharge and then when they sent back the new chain the envelope was empty with no chain
So I exchanged the 19 mm white gold plate prong chain that I paid 230 for and then I paid 26$ for expedited shipping and insurance on the package and I didn't receive feedback from GLD for about 5 days and then you guys charged me 30$ because that was the upcharge for the longer chain and you got sent it out and it was delivered yesterday to and there was no chain and it was just a padded envelope with the confirmation sticker of the item I purchased. The first order number was #XXXXXX and then the exchange order number was #XXXXXX I am really worried that I lost all my money and I'm not gonna receive anything. I know this is a legit site and the first chain I got was beautiful but I had to exchange it for a bigger size. I haven't got any emails back from GLD so it came to me coming on here for help. I really hope I don't get scammed out of my money.

I would like the chain I paid for and I would like it as fast as I can since I bought it nearly a month ago and I payed a lot of money for it

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered a custom necklace 2 MONTHS ago and still have not received it. It hasn't even shipped. When I contacted customer service they gave me the run around and refused to refund me my money even tho I've received NOTHING. I will neverrrrr order from here again and wouldn't dare recommend it. Don't believe the hype on social media, this is NOT a professional company. There's better options out there!

I see you've been talking to our rep Rosa and she's been very responsive. As she stated and as is stated on our website, custom items take 4-6 weeks to complete production. From there, they are sent to us and once received, we inspect and polish before shipping to you. That last process can take about two weeks. However, it does seem that we are a little behind schedule which is why we offered you a gift card for the inconvenience and I can also upgrade you to our two day shipping once your item is complete.

Why are you stating that it takes 4-6 weeks as if it hasn't been longer than that lol ??? I know how long it was SUPPOSED to take . But either way I got my money back by reporting you guys as I said I would and I'll be ordering from an efficient jewelry business next . Have a good one .

After waiting 2 weeks them to even ship my piece my white gold chain turned yellow in 14 days
After ordering a 19mm white gold Cuban on the 23rd of November it took the gold shop over 2 weeks to contact me or even ship my order, after waiting I received the piece and at first it was amazing but then I started to notice how yellow all the prongs and parts were getting, this started happening after less then 2 weeks of wear! Considering it's a "stainless steel" chain that is rodium plated it should not be doing this, I contacted them and they seemed more then happy to replace the chain for me BUT after I looked into sending this thing back I found out it was going to cost me almost half of what I paid originally to get it back to them! because of this I was unable to send the faded and at this point 2 tone chain back to them because of how much it was going to cost me to do so, because of this I am now past the 14 days they offer for refunds and am stuck with a Faded unwearable chain, Im also extremely weary about getting a replacement as it's going to cost me another nearly 200$ and don't want to have to pay that money if it's just going to fade again in 2 weeks! Even more so considering they only offer 1 replacement piece! Originally I was confident shopping with this company as the first thing you ALWAYS see and hear from them is about their "lifetime warranty" they should be doing more, I don't really understand how they can only offer refunds after 14 days and one replacement piece if anything goes wrong and call that a "lifetime warranty" I think they need to change the way they advertise their warranty and do something about my chain as this really isn't good enough, I paid over 300$ for the chain and didn't even get one fortnight worth of wear out of it, considering this I think I should be eligible to get a full refund.

I ordered two chains and a pendant on March 9, 2019, but the order has not been delivered as of April 17, 2019. I need my order ASAP or my money back.
I placed an order on March 9, 2019 for the following items:

- Any 2 Chains (You Pick): 20" 2mm Rope / 20" Micro Cuban
- Gold Lion Micro: 18k Gold Plated / No Chain (Pendant Only) / Gold

On March 11, 2019, The GLD Shop sent me an email stating that my order had been shipped They provided Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX so I could check the delivery status.

I reached out to ***@thegldshop.com on March 13, 2019 to check the status of the order because the email sent on March 11 went to my spam folder - I didn't see it. I was told by *** from the Support team that there was a delay on my order due to a defective batch of 2mm Rope Chains that came without clasps. Mara stated that it would take one more week for the new batch to come in, and that I should be expecting the order in the next 2 weeks, which would have been around the week of March 25, 2019.

I sent a follow up email to ***@thegldshop.com on April 4, 2019 asking for an update. I received a response from Mara on April 11, 2019 stating that they reached out to the head of the shipping department and waiting for a response about the delay. Mara also stated that the items I ordered were in stock at that time.

I did not receive an update until April 15, 2019, which included the original tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) I was sent back on March 11, 2019. I was also told that the order would be going out that same morning. I checked the status using the tracking number and there has been zero activity on the order since March 11, 2019.

I really want the jewelry, but I am not satisfied with the post-purchase activity that has occurred with this company. I sent an email to the company directly on April 17, 2019, demanding the order by April 19, 2019 or starting the refund process via PayPal, since I used PayPal to facilitate the purchase.

Desired Outcome

Deliver the items I purchased ASAP or give me my money back.

I ordered a chain and I waited over a month and I still haven't received it after contacting the company several times.
I ordered the 18' prong diamond cuban chain over a month ago. I emailed them to see if there was an issue and the response I got was it was out of stock and it would be there in about 2-3 weeks. After waiting that amount of time I emailed them again and they said it was still out of stock and they asked if I would like a different size. I declined and I said I'll wait another week for the restock. Once again there was still nothing. I sent another email asking to receive the next size as I was tired of waiting. Its almost been another week and still waiting. I just want my chain. My order number is XXXXXX. If I cannot get the chain I would just like a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my chain and I'd like to receive it expeditiously. If I can not receive my chain in a hurried fashion then, I'd like a refund.

Exchange/Delivery Issues
Taking money without delivering product; no customer service Order #XXXXXX I ordered the White Gold Ankh + 3mm Round Cut Tennis Necklace Set 18" as a valentines present on January 27th 2019 and received my order February 1, 2019. I returned my order February 15, 2019 to exchange the necklace for a bigger size, the 20". I've emailed countless times with no response. When I finally received a response, they sent a message saying my order was on the way, but did not update the tracking information. Weeks have passed since this and I have sent several emails after that and still no word on the status of my order.

Desired Outcome

I want my necklace delivered or a refund. I also think there should be some sort of discount given due to the service not being delivered and the customer service.

Bought a necklace and chain Dec 11, 2018. Never received the products. Have communicated freqently with staff via email. Total cost was $234.

12/11/18. Paid $234 to GLD shop for a necklace and chain. Was told it would take four to six weeks.
1/8/19 notified order had been shipped.
1/25/19 Order not received. email from *** (support) "slight delay."
2/2/19 order not received. *** (support) Not sure why the delay. She would contact shipping department.
2/10/19 I request GLD to cancel order and send refund. *** (support) says shipment cannot be cancelled after 24 hour. Says shipment is in the processing department for inspection.
2/11/2019. Email from GLD asking for a comment on their customer service.
2/12/19. *** (support) sends link from fedex showing the order was delivered on 1/17/19. I checked tracking number which showed the item was delivered to a location in Texas. Told *** that package was delivered to Texas. We live in Illinois.
2/14/19. I receive notice from *** (support). there was issue with the production of the piece. She put in rush to be complete as soon as possible. For the inconvenience she refunded 20% ($46.80) of my order. Will email me as soon as order is shipped.
2/19/19. emailed GLD to ask if they know when order will be shipped.
2/20/19. *** (support) says that it will be completed within two weeks.
3/13/19. emailed *** (support). I am still waiting for the order. GLD reply says my request has been received and is reviewed by support team.
3/19/19. I email GLD. "What is happening with our order." GLD replies " request is being reviewed by support team.
3/20/19. I telephoned GLD. Recording says there is no one there to take call. Not much business this time of year. Call ends without allowing messages.

Desired Outcome

I want the remainder of my payment returned immediately. That would be $187.20 ($234-46.80 already returned)

I order it on March XX XXXX the package got delivered on March XX XXXX it was an empty box I order XXXXXX a 18 inch Cuban Maimi necklace for my sons birthday for 72.00 dollars I tried calling the number they list and it doesn't work I emailed the company and they said once the package is delivered they are not responsible they are scamming people with empty boxes because I checked there reviews and there are a lot of complaints of empty boxes being shipped out with no merchandise and now they won't even respond to none of my emails this company just steals peoples hard working money and does not care about the consumer and the Revdex.com has slot of complaints about this company I think they should definitely be investigated for the scam there are doing

How can a item be missing from a locked mailbox after doing research on your company you guys do send empty boxes out and you guys supply a number that don't even work take your time with emails I truly think I got scammed from you guys it's funny how you guys sold out of the necklaces at the time I've received an empty box As long as I see you GLD Shop advertised I will always leave a negative comment you guys bought that negative comment I've lost 72.00 but hopefully you guys can lose customers from this you guys ruined my sons gift and took my hard working money

I ordered the 18" 19mm diamond Cuban + 20" 5MM tennis necklace gold plated bundle. My package arrived with only the 18" 19MM diamond Cuban.
On March 14, 2019 I purchased the 18" 19MM DIAMOND CUBAN + 20" tennis chain bundle in gold. I purchased online with my card and My order number was #XXXXXX. I received my package on March 19, 2019. I opened the package to find that I was missing the 20" tennis chain. I tried to call the customer service number but it sent me straight to voicemail claiming to have high call volumes around this time of the year. I also sent a message to them and are waiting for a reply via email. I decided to go with shop gld because just about everywhere I looked agreed that shopgld is as reliable as they come. So this comes as a great disappointment. I bought the pieces as a gift and this throws a bit of a wrench in my plans!

I would like to receive my tennis chain and I'd like to receive it expeditiously. If I can not receive my tennis chain in a hurried fashion then, unfortunately, I'd like to receive a refund.

The gldshop got back to me via email the same day that I reported. They have put in a order for the missing necklace and I am currently awaiting the shipping notification. Thank you guys for fixing this issue in such a timely manner.

I did not revive the items I purchased! But I was charged the full amount!
On 2/25/2019 I placed an order for 2 braclets from The GLD shop for 18.00. Upon receiving my package there was only 1 braclet in my package. I was still charged the full price and I did not receive my goods. It also stated on the website it would come with a certificate of authenticity! That was not present either. I would like to recieve my purchased product for I was a gift for my son. Now that his birthday has passed *** I was not able to give him a gift I would like some type of compensation or my products. The shipping took well over a month and I'm fed up. Please respond for I will keep writing bad reviews!

Over the past three months I've emailed countless times with no response. When I finally received a response, I was told they were checking on my order and would get back to me. I placed an order for a customized piece of jewelry on January 27th,2019 . My order exactly was a Script Necklace - 18k Vermeil / Iced Word / Iced Tail Chain Length: 24" 2mm Rope Chain Font Size: Medium - 1/2" x 1 1/2" (Approx. Width x Height) Input your word or phrase: Laleezy. I ordered the piece as an anniversary gift. I received the piece exactly a month later on my anniversary. Great. We get home and open the box only to find that this is not what I ordered. This thing is more like a bracelet than a customized chain. The length of the chain is 24 mm at best! I began to cry, my anniversary is ruined. I reached out via customer service. I called the phone number only to reach a voicemail saying there is no associate available to take my call and then it promptly disconnected. There is no option to even wait to speak with someone. I began email correspondence with ***. He told me to fill out an authorization form and mail it back to the gldshop of course I had to pay to ship it back even though it was there mistake and not mine. When I responded with the tracking information and asked how would I be compensated, would you know there has been no response in 4 business days. I have called and emailed. I am very very hurt.! Had I know this I would have never ordered .

This was not resolved this was the only option given and I was already threatened by the CEO advising that nothing good will come out of leaving bad reviews. This is not a sufficient resolution for the matter. I paid $240 for a necklace I received a bracelet. The chain wouldn't even fit around my neck. I have had to pay for return shipping and now it will take 2 weeks to fix after I already waited 4 weeks and my anniversary was ruined!

GLD shop ceased communications with my $1342.60 refund demands.
To date GLD shop has refused to work with me to render $1342.63 owed from $2,721.78 worth of credit card charges.

my unresolved understanding:

1) order XXXXXX was returned to shipper therefore refund due, will contact bank for status (no update received);

2) order XXXXXX was returned to shipper therefore refund due, my bank displays they returned $59.60 of this therefore would have made entire $298 again, now minus your action leaves $59.60 due, right;

3) final issue is with orders XXXXXX and XXXXXX total $1511.35, XXXXXX was refunded $229 and you now refunded $606.35 and I kept bracelets totally $452.92 from XXXXXX charge not *** (is what appears occurred) leaving $223.08 owed; appears bracelets from XXXXXX were retained because XXXXXX never shipped because of your system issue maybe; therefore with my bank and your review for possible further refunds total still pending is $497.88.

At the conclusion the end goal is a total of $1342.63 back to me because I retained $633.15 worth of 1 necklace and 4 bracelets.

Sent sizing exchange in Jan ,In Feb contact business about the status,was informed the product was out they will refund no one has gotten back with m
Original purchase was made in December,recieved the product 12/28/18.Sent out an email Jan 3 requesting an exchange, sent bracelet back on Jan 9th. It was recieved jan 14th by business. They sent out an email stating they received item Is is preparing for shipment they'll update once shipped I was sent an new order #. Feb 14th I contact customer support to check on status they got back to me that same day stating that the product went out of stock and that they will cancel the order and refund me. I then responded to that email asking if I could just get an similar item since that was a gift and asked how would the refund process work since it was paid through a third party. That was sent Feb 17th. Sent another email on Feb 25th that no one got back with me about my question and refund. It send request was received someone will get back to me within 24 hours no one ever did sent another email March 4th got another email stating it was recieved somone will get back with me with 24 hours no one ever did once again. When you try calling the business they have a message stating they're busy this time of year which they've had on for months so I cant call them, cant send any emails I'm having a very hard time getting anyone to give me my refund I was promised its 2 months now im without a product and my money.

I ordered something from them in january and it still has no been shipped out.
I ordered a micro *** pendandt on 1/17/19 and it has still not been shipped out, my order number is XXXXXX. I have been in contact with them on several occasions and have still not got my money back or my product.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back or my order with a free gift. it has been over two months.

You order the micro *** pendant and it still hasn't arrived.

The reason it never shipped was because the item was out of stock and we haven't yet been able to refill our inventory for that item.

What I can do for you is swap it out for another item up to a $110 value.

I will accept their response as long as I receive the golden crucifix in 18k vermeil which is under the $110 limit.
