I have order two custom 3d pendants from Gld and I feel they have done an amazing good with the product. I also recieve great customer service. They answered all my questions and delivered timely email communication. I was very please with service I received without verbal communication, I can only image how much better things will get as they grow.

Did take a little longer than expected to get my photo pendant, but when I got it I knew the quality was worth the wait. GLD is on top of their stuff for sure. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

I love my GLD jewelry it's definitely the best pieces of jewelry that I ever owned. Everything about it from the quality and mainly the shine is absolutely to die for. I continuously will keep wearing my favorite 5 mm tennis chain with the matching bracelet for as long as it lasts, in witch the GLD team says forever check out my Instagram I'm wearing them in all my recent photos.

Ordered a chain a month ago from the website and trying to figure out what was going on like pulling teeth.
I ordered a chain on my sister behalf on Aug 30th 2019. We paid for expedited shipping. We were notified quickly *** that they do not ship to PO BOX numbers. So I told them a new address (on sept 5th) and was told to send the whole address (I just put the street address forgetting all the other information). I sent the whole address (Sept 6th) and heard nothing back from *** I waited a few day because I thought that things were updated, just to find out that nothing was done and my parcel was sent back to Florida. I tried emailing *** and received no response. I got a hold of another person (Nester) on sept 10th and explained that I placed an order and the person I was dealing with did not update the address. The response I got was sorry we do not send to po box, and what is the address you want us to send it too. I once again sent another updated address. I received another email from *** a couple days later saying that the parcel was sent. I asked if it were possible to get reembursed for the expedited parcel fee because I had been waiting for a while to get the parcel. I was told there was no way that they could. I waited a few more days and checked the status of my parcel. It was stuck in a town a few hours away because THEY DO NOT SEND TO A PO BOX. The customer service at the gld store did NOT update my address and when I called UPS (sept 30th) I had to pay an additional fee to get the address changed. It is not October 1st and still no parcel.
Im frustrated because we paid about 36$ for expedited shipping when I could have paid a fraction of the cost to get it here at this time.

Desired Outcome

All I wanted was the be reembursed for the 30$ expedited shipping because it was on them not updating the addressed and the 6.30$ for the change in address fee i had to pay to UPS.

It was delivered on the 1st of October. The issue I am having is we paid for expedited shipping and didnt get it. We were told to provide a different address then the PO box I provided, I did on two saperate occasions. And I still had to pay extra monies on top of what I paid to get my address changed. Attached are the email responses I sent in regards to changing the address that the parcel was being sent too, and the charge that was done by UPS to change my address

I order a custom pendant with a necklace. The pendent came out super nice a little bigger then expected as I got the small circle and when I received it looked like the medium circle but my husband loved it. The chain micro Cuban link was the one thing I regret purchasing within two weeks of wearing it it started to get black and giving my husband a rash in his neck. It's the worst material ever. I know $25 is not as much for a chain but I had to replace The chain and I bought one from amazon the same exact one just paid a $2 more and it's been 4 weeks now and it still looks brand new and my husband doesn't have a rash . The shipping process did take its time to get here but I assume it was normal since I was doing partial payments. I wanted to purchase another name plated necklace for my daughter but after I saw how the chain they offer gets I decided not too. Didn't want to take the risk. Overall the pendant my husband loved bigger then advertised in my opinion. If you do a custom photo necklace just buy the pendant do not buy the chain you will waste your money on it.
PS : no shower was taken with the necklace and it was only worn during weekends or date nights. The normal sweat.

The piece I ordered looks exactly how I wanted it to look. The chain was a bit long but it's adjustable so no worries there. Deliver took long but definitely worth the wait. Awesome service!!

I've been dealing with the GLD shop for three years now and I've always love how they have multiple different styles & colors of jewelry they always have good deals going and always show love back to their customers with contest to win money, giving back gift cards holiday prizes everything. I even had a chance to get creative & customize my own piece of jewelry, I loved everything about it how heavy it was how it looked front & back quality wise their always for the customers satisfaction over theirs. love The GLD Shop my top favorite jewelry spot.

I paid for 4-6 day delivery my husband birth is Saturday this all he all he wanted I ordered last Thursday at like 3am no email saying it was shipped
Why am I paying 9.95 for if it's not here no email saying it was shipped out nothing what's going on gld shop I know y'all our busy but don't charge people extra money and y'all can't keep y'all werd í´¦í¿»â?? I hope his chain is here for his birthday cuz he been wanting this for a long time now and I finally have the money to buy it

I purchased a "make a set" option on the website and returned it and have not got a refund
So I purchased two chains from the make a set feature and after not liking on of the chains I returned them. The customer service to return the item was decent it could have been better. Then after finally shipping them item out and seeing that it was delivered to them I have been trying to contact someone at the business via email and I have not got a response since and now I spent 190 and I don't have the chains. I don't want the chains I want my money back

Poor quality, does not reply to emails
I received a solid gold cross on September 3rd. Upon opening I immediately noticed the poor quality and construction. The cross was not symmetrical at all casted very poorly. I emailed them immediately with pictures and ask for a resolution. It is now the 8th and I have sent them 5 follow up emails with no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like the merchant to contact me so we can sort this out. Too many bad experiences with them.

14 day exchange policy on the website but denied exhange on the last day.
I had bought a necklace as a gift for my partner. When I gave it to him we came to the realization it wasn't the best fit for him. We looked Into the return policy and 14 days was the limit. initiated a return on the 14th day but I was contacted saying I could not return or exchange. But seeing they have a 14 day policy and I expect to be able to return my unwanted item.

I was first calling them and no one would ever pick up so I contacted them by email saying I never received my make a set and I would like money back
I ordered the make a set with 2 chains and 2 pendants on December 27th 2018 at 5:26 pm. The order number was 270114. The payment amount was $168 I believe. I paid with my cash rewards credit card and I can check my purchase history to make sure the price is correct. I first emailed asking for my money back and they said that it was on me that the pendants and chains were missing. All they offered me was a 20% of code.

I would like my money back and that's it.

Never received my solid gold necklace, was sent shipping information for a wrong date,and representatives never reached out me to resolve the problem.
On June 4th I purchased the solid gold Rose Gold Micro Cuban chain, my order number is #XXXXXX.I was really excited for this chain since it was going to be a gift. I didn't know it took about 6 weeks for you to receive a solid gold necklace so I had emailed thegldshop to see why I hadn't received any shipping information on my chain and then they explained the process to me and how long it took and I thought okay perfect and understood it would take about 4-6 weeks.Here comes the 4th week of production where they said to keep a look out on tracking info and when it would be finally shipped. On June 27th I emailed support saying what the status was and a representative replied back to me saying my order was still in production and on week #4 and they would do a inspection of my piece to make sure its flawless and after the inspection is finished they would process my order for shipping and send me an email with the shipping information. I thought okay perfect at least its in production. Then a few days later I spoke with a representative on July 2nd explaining to me the facility had my piece but still needed to be double checked and wasn't out for delivery yet since it wasn't fully ready yet. I thought okay cool, then on July 3 I finally received an email saying my order had finally been shipped and with a tracking link, when I clicked on the tracking link it said my piece had already been delivered to me on June 21st. I thought woah wait a second how is that possible if I just spoke with a representative just a few days ago saying it hadn't been shipped out yet and was getting ready to be shipped out. So I emailed support saying I got the wrong link to my order because it's impossible my order had already been shipped on June 21st when on June 27th a representative explained in detail it was still in production and on July 2nd it was barely getting ready to be shipped out. And on July 3rd I get my first email about any tracking information which should be to track my order so it doesn't get lost and I know when it arrives so I can be home to get it but it says it already delivered on June 21st! Mind you that exact weekend my family and I weren't even in town to receive this so called package that I didn't even know was going to be shipped out because there was no tracking on it. But my piece shouldnt have even been shipped out in the first place if I was being told they had it on June 27th. Nothing of this made sense to me! So when I got an email back they told me they weren't responsible for lost packages once a tracking link was sent out which I would understand if I ever received correct shipping information that I was going to supposedly receive it June 21st when obviously I clearly had proof with the thegldshop support my piece wasn't ready. I explained my whole situation, chatted with another representative and even the girl explained I was sent out a wrong link and I thought finally and she said they were going to get back to me. They never did I had to email again finally another representative emailed me and she said the same thing about lost packages which I have no idea what they're not understanding that this is their fault about my piece not mine and they filed a claim. Finally the claim was solved and thegldshop still never got back to me about what the next steps were or what they were going to do. I've been emailing consistently, my last email was on August 19th to them and still no response.It's gotten so ridiculous I no longer want my chain I just want my money back and to be done with this problem that's been happening since June. I'm over it and have been scammed. I'm hoping this can get resolved because I have all the emails of proof as well as to how I'm not wrong about any of this and my order.

At this point because I've tried so many times reaching out and emailing and talking to different representatives through chat and email and being patient, I no longer want the necklace I would just like a refund and get my money back. I no longer want to deal with any issues concerning shipping or missing packages with this company and waiting who knows how long again for a new necklace to be sent out.
