This is the sixth piece of jewelry I've purchased from Glencara over the past ten years. They produce high quality jewelry (the best claddagh rings in my opinion) at an affordable price. My wife appreciated that her claddagh ring was inscribed in Gaelic. It is easy to order from their website that offers a wide variety of offerings. Glencara is a great place to purchase gifts for family and loved ones.

I bought a necklace charm and chain for my wifes 60th Birthday and I was very happy with the quality and workmanship that had gone into it. My wife was so happy and surprised too. I cannot fault the whole process, from ordering to delivery. Their customer service and the quality are excellent and I will use them again. Yes I would happily rate them 5 stars.

I ordered shortly before Christmas 2019 and although there was a bit of a wait, it was well worth it. My granddaughter received the necklace I bought for her via FedEx Express. Glencara also included a free bonus necklace and she says they are beautiful. During the time I was waiting for shipment, I received constant, caring email communication from Glencara. Once my package shipped, I received a FedEx tracking number so I could check its progress. I am very satisfied with the responsive customer service I received and will definitely purchase from Glencara again in the future.

Was looking for a small claddagh ring for my pinky finger and the criss-cross design caught my eye. Size I picked was true to its size.

When I have a question or general inquiry, I get an immediate response. Since this is a family business, you really get 'real ' personal service. It means a lot not to passed from one department to another eventually not getting an answer to your question. Thank goodness there are still family businesses providing goods that they care about and their buyers with important customer service. The shipping time was approx a month. I contacted C/S and there was quite a delay in response. By the time my order arrived C/S had not responded,, but did contact me shortly after receipt. Well satisfied with the quality of my order.

The ring was a gift for my young son who long admired his grandfather's claddagh! Great quality, great price, packaging made a great presentation. The promotional claddagh pendant was gorgeous- I gifted that to my mother who wears it often!
