Placed an order on the *** of November 2019 was told it would be sent out within 48 hrs. By December *** I have heard nothing from them, sent them an email they blamed the makers for the delay and said it will be sent out at the end of the week. December *** I have heard nothing and did not receive my order sent another email and received an auto-reply with a thousand and one reason why I have not received my order as yet they said it will be sent out at the end of the week! I have heard nothing since and my emails are going unanswered!!

I ordered a claddagh ring for my husband for Christmas on December *** since the glencara website stated it would arrive before 12//19. I have messaged them on the website numerous times and the customer service phone number goes straight to voicemail. In the voicemail it states to mark your email urgent so that they can get back to you within 24 hours but that never happens. This feels like a huge scam and is unacceptable. Hundreds of dollars lost!!!

Ordered ring. Account charged. Glencara sent an order confirmation stating it shipped. Order was promised to be on time for Christmas delivery. Glencara has not responded after multiple contacts and cannot produce proof of shipment or tracking information.

Order was placed Nov. *** Item was supposed to ship Dec. *** Website advertises 3-5 day shipping via *** Shipping information on account does not include proper tracking number. Customer service stated item would arrive before Christmas. After reaching out to Customer Service via email, numerous times, was finally given a tracking number. Tracking number showed the package in Pre-shipment status, from Deleware, for over 2 weeks. Will never work with this company again. Their recording on customer service line states they are backlogged with emails but no one will answer the phone and they request you email them. Makes no sense.

I ordered my gift on decemeber *** and received an email on the *** saying my order has shipped. I still have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks but my card has been charged. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have not received any information.

I purchased a ring for Christmas for my husband. It stated guaranteed delivery for Christmas. The money for the ring has been debited from my account on *** December. No ring has arrived I have emailed, messaged and called them, I have had no response. I am now panicked by what I am reading about this company. Kind regards

ordered a pendant from this company, paid in full ($540), was told at time of ordering that item would be shipped on dec *** This date came and went with no messages, no shipping. Many messages were sent (they don't answer phones and their live help on-line was discontinued). Finally received a couple of generic messages stating that they were busy, then one stating the item had shipped (no tracking) which was clearly false, then one stating have more patience, then another stating that the item had not been sent to the engravers.. mixed messages and seem like stall tactics as there does not seem to be any intent to actually send me anything. Plus the occasion that this was for has come and gone with no gift and out $$$. At this time I would like a refund in full. Many others experiencing same issues as noted on Trustpilot.

I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas and got a shipping confirmation on 12//19. They said it would take the most, 9 business days to get the ring. It is 12//19 and I have not received anything yet. I tried calling and they never would answer the phone and only offered the option to send an email. Very poor customer service. I have emailed 3 times and noted "URGENT" in the subject line as they instructed for a quick response. I have heard nothing from them and have no way to track the package or touch base with them to see what is going on with my order. Very poor customer service and I was charge for merchandise that I have not received and was counting on for Christmas

Ordered Rose Gold Claddagh ring online 4//19 and told it has been shipped. Told 4 to 10 business days.

Have called and emailed with no reply. Want goods shipped or contact as to status.

I sent merchandise back for exchange, no response to texts or emails for over 2 weeks. I’ve tried calling, texting, e mails. They sent me the wrong item, I was direct texting with a sales rep. And as soon as I notified her that the merchandise was in the mail for exchange, all communication stopped. I placed the order November 21, 2019, with no merchandise or communication. The phone number they give, refers you back to the e mail address, where they assure you that someone will contact you within 24 hours; to date no response. The package I sent back was received and signed for. I do believe this is a scam company; they purposely send the wrong merchandise and convince you to return and they keep merchandise and your money. I would like this company investigated; and either merchandise sent or money back.

I placed an order for 3 items in October , 2019 and have yet to receive them. I have had several conversations with a " Maria" via their chat/email function and received various excuses and apologies, primarily that the ring in my order was incorrectly designed and had to be reproduced. This was in early November, 2019. Items were supposed to be 2 weeks or less in delivery. After several other chats/emails with "Maria" apologizing for delay and offering 10% discount I still have not received product. Last week, Dec *, 2019 was last contact where I was assured product was shipping that day (although chat was at night). I asked for overnight shipping since such long delay and was told by Maria due to location of their company overnight was not an option and they used *** who did not do weekends which is a crock as I've received *** delivery on Saturdays. I did receive the 10% compensation via PayPal last week, when I threatened to report site for fraudulent transactions and report as fraud via PayPal credit, since that's how I paid. I ordered 3 items, total $163. I've reported through PayPal as well hoping transaction covered under refund/recovery policy as I paid via credit. I wish I'd checked Revdex.com first before ordering. There are many online reviews that are mixed - from 5 stars to 1 with complaints similar to mine. I am thankful I paid by credit so I have fraudulent option. Also they list your purchases as clothing on the invoice when it's Jewelry. Shame on me I guess for not researching thoroughly enough and I hope I can retrieve my money. This company should be investigated and removed from business as a fraudulent business. They keep telling me they are not scam artists and are a small family owned business with authentic Irish jewelry. Blarney!!!

First off the address my purchase was made from was a Wilmington Delaware address.

I had ordered a men's and women's ring set the beginning of October, paid the extra money to have it sent 2 day shipping, only for the men's ring to be "delayed" and only to receive the ladies ring after the stated 2 day shipping.

I then complained about not receiving the men's ring, to have Katie state that Glencara will refund me 10% for my trouble, and they would send out my replacement ladies ring ( too small) right away.

It is now December and I never received the 10% refund or the men's ring, and the replacement ladies ring was the wrong ring. I have sent the replacement back.

I have sent several emails explicitly stating that I want a refund and that I am completely dissatisfied with the service I have received.

I had ordered a ring Dec *,2019 for my boyfriend to give as a christmas gift. Dec *** I recieved an email saying it has been shipped. The payment has been taken out of my account, but no delivery as promised! I have tried calling the company, but got a recording to send an email, I have sent a few emails now and got no response! I would either like the item I purchased or a complete refund!

I ordered two rings from this company for a total of $250.00 in paid out funds. They keep dodging my requests for shipping information, with endless excuses. whenever I email, the respondents are always the same two people. Agent Katie and Manager Marie who keep giving me the constant run around to no conclusion. I feel like a kitten in an empty room chasing a bouncing ball that a deaf-mute has control of .the ball and has no clue as to whats its job is. When will they actually tell the truth???

I ordered my wedding rings from here, they did not show up on time. Customer service does not get back to me. I still don't have my rings which were ordered on Nov. *** Tracking number says a label was made in Wilmington DE. on Nov *** and still nothing. The 20% refund I was offered for my trouble still hasn't been sent and I had to get married without my rings.... EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered a necklace from this vendor on Oct. *** using PayPal because I never purchased anything from this website before and I know PayPal doesn't pay the vendor until the item is listed as shipped. On October ***, the item listed as shipped and I immediately got an email from the vendor that the item was out of stock and listed as shipped in error. They told me my item would ship on 10..2019. On 10..2019 I emailed them to confirm my necklace would ship on 10..2019 and was told that my item once again was going to be delayed until the week of 10..2019, but it would definitely go out that week. I inquired again via email around the middle of the week and was told by Maria that my item would definitely go out by the end of the week. I have emailed them again earlier this week and was told that the manager, Maria, was called out of the office unexpectedly and she would get back to me when she returned. I have sent 2 emails since getting that email asking when she was going to return and requesting a refund, I have not heard back from them. I submitted a dispute through PayPal, and now I am submitting this complaint because no one should be taken advantage of this way. After reading other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

I ordered a ring in July, 2019 for my granddaughter which was too small. I returned it to the address in Wilmington, DE the same day and requested a reordered ring in size 7 with December birthstone. I still have not received the reordered ring nor have I received a refund which I did request. I have been getting a lot of promises for a new ring, but nothing has been sent to me. Now I do not even get a response to my emails to customer service.

I ordered the pendant on Aug. 12 to show my Irish heritage, and they said that they’ll ship and it’ll deliver within a week, then another week, and then another week. Time and time again they said that it’ll be delivered to me, but the said it’s of quality control. It’s like they’re lying to me, which lead me to disappointment. I guess they like to rip off customers, especially customers like me. And then a few weeks later, on Sep. 12, I finally got it, only to find out that it’s very thin and pointy, which can poke at my chest. I regret buying a pendant from them. If anything, I’d give it 0/5 stars. And their email response is so slow, that I had to wait 3 to 4 days for them to respond when they said that they’ll respond within 24 hrs. How hard is it to respond to the customers’ emails? I finally got my money back for a full refund. Smh I’ll never shop from them again, only I’ll shop elsewhere such as ***, ***, or ***.
