I ordered a beautiful gold ring from Glencara about a month before the Holidays. I was hoping to have delivery before Christmas, but realized I was ordering late. To my joy, I received my ring just two weeks from ordering, all the way from Ireland! My loved one is enchanted with her gift. I am thrilled with the cost and delivery time. Things went so smoothly, I didn't have to contact customer service! I'll be back on their web site, for sure.

I had no problems whatsoever - I ordered my ring and apparently got/ordered the wrong one so re-ordered and received in time for Christmas - returned original and received a complete refund - very satisfied customer.

The billing was a problem but I got it hammered out with my bank and the delivery was longer getting here than stated. The ring looks good and I hope my granddaughter enjoys it.

Item needed to be returned for smaller size. I live in New Zealand, and even though I live so far away the process was completed without any trouble. And my niece lived her piece of jewellery!

We bought 2 wedding rings, his and hers, yellow gold with white gold insert and had them both engraved. These turned up quickly, and look fantastic. I would give my overall experience a 5 star but it wasn't an option. The quality of the ring I ordered and the engraving was perfect. I was even more satisfied that the ring arrived at my door in 3 days- in Canada - as promised!
