Glencara has beautiful website. No problems finding the perfect gift! I have given my daughter and other relatives Glencara gifts and they were very pleased. I ordered a ring for my daughter last year and had to get it re sized and although co-vid hit and it took a while to get it back, it came back and it was beautiful. I think the company has a very personal touch and have been pleasant to deal with.

I ordered a personalised item on the 18th December and it arrived in the UK before Christmas. The ring is great quality, personalised perfectly and we are delighted with it. Very reasonable prices, and the packaging was great also. Very happy with Glencara, will definitely shop with them again and gladly recommend them.

The shopping/purchase process was very easy to accomplish, no crazy pages to fight through, all very intelligable and easy to understand. Very pleased with the product and the surprise bonus necklace that was included.

Ordered custom jewellery from Glencara as a gift. They informed me that they would need to make it at the time of order, and offered me a very similar item ready to go if I needed it ASAP, which was really kind. Delivery was good considering it was to Australia, it was packaged well and aesthetically attractive. The Jewellery is breathtaking. They even included a bonus piece which looked incredible. Excellent product. I had to return my ring as it was too small and Glencara enlarged it , keeping the engraving intact and returned it within a few days. A free gift was included each time. Highly recommended!

I had a mistake in my order (Glencara's issue), and the staff was MOST accomodating, professional and swift in resolving the issue. Because my item was for a gift, they even sent me a "replacement" holder so I'd have something to provide in place of my original gift. And then as promised, like clock-work, my original showed up. I ordered a ring, and was informed that the size I wanted would have to be made off site. I was kept informed of progress and when the ring arrived, it was lovely and fitted perfectly.

I wanted a ring to honor my husband who passed before our 40th anniversary. The selection was great and I found the perfect ring. It was silver and gold as he liked gold and I liked silver, a claddah for what it stands for and a Celtic knot for our love from life through death and inscription saying my soul mate.
