A chain and pendant was ordered for delivery before Mother’s Day. The chain was delivered with an incorrect pendant. The incorrect pendant was returned and we have received nothing but empty promises for delivery of the correct pendant. I have multiple emails regarding this and now I feel the need to cancel. I have requested a prepaid label to return the chain. It has been more than a month since I was supposed to receive this gift. I would like to return the chain and get a refund. I no longer believe in this organization.

I ordered a ring on December ***. Shortly after I received an email saying that it would ship on December *** and they would contact me when it did. I paid extra for priority shipping. December *** came and I received no news that it had shipped so I emailed them. 6 emails went ignored. 5 days later I finally got a response saying I would be refunded 10% and my ring would ship January ***. They said they would email me when it did. Now it is January ***, I received no news of it shipping so I emailed them again. 2 more emails went unanswered. I'm extremely frustrated that my replacement engagement ring hasn't been shipped, I'm being ripped off, and I'm being drug through the mud.

Thinking of filing a complaint, but for now this review is the option I choose to make. Ordered a ring from this company on 12/07/2017. THEN read all the negative reviews online. I am experiencing the same problems as others have written about. Shipment delay issues, no order placed in my account to verify shipment, tracking, etc. Poor communication.

I ordered an irish celtic cross necklace on August *** and paid $42.98 for 3 day delivery to receive before a scheduled event. I received the item August ***, 4 days after the expected and noted delivery day. I tried contacting the company by phone number on August *** and every day for a week but it continues to be a recording saying they have a high call volume and can not answer phone calls. The recording directed me to send an email that was listed on their website. I then contacted them numerous times through email and received an automated response numerous times even when I labeled the email as URGENT. I requested a refund which is guranteed within 60 days of purchase as stated on their website. I have heard absolutely nothing from the company. I followed directions on the order slip to return the necklace to a site in *** on Sept *** and STILL have no refund or communication from the company. I have a tracking number that states my return package was delivered. I would like to know how else I am supposed to receive my refund since I dont even have the item in my hands anymore NOR CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH THE COMPANY AT ALL. So quick to take money out of my account but I can't even communicate with any one to get my money back for something I never even used.

I purchased a inscribed birthstone claddah ring from a company called "Glencara" claiming to be right straight out of Ireland...(which I found out is actually in New York)! The problem is I paid an additional $13.00 to have express delivery they said it would arrive on June *** 2017...well it didn't, they took the total out of my bank account but did not deliver the merchandise. I called the number 2 days after the order it said they were "back logged" on emails , I was immediately suspicious and started a review search for this company I found many many many complaints dating back too 2014 which said the same exact excuse "email backlog". My concern is that I may have been scammed. Please help. I never order without researching but this time I DID. The site was so professional and classy looking that I fell right into it . I would like them notified, and I want the "exact inscribed January birthstone sterling silver ring" ring they already took the money out of my acct. for,AND I want the $13.00 express charge put back into my account, since it was never delivered in the 2 days I paid for. Who knows if it will even be delivered at all. Ive called several times over the last 2 days... I have never reached a live person only the same recorded message.
