When I contacted customer service it had shipped already but they immediately went ahead and sent one out to the correct address and I received the ring in plenty of time. I checked the prices and they were so reasonable that I was afraid of the quality but I thought that we had to try to see if the rings were worth the price. They arrived quicker than I thought they would, and the quality is good. We each wear our rings every day and have since we got them. I tell people about Glencara every whee we go, especially when people comment on the uniqueness of them - because you don't find this design in the states, which is why I wanted them. We will be back, probably again and again.
