Although sadly I didn't receive my original order-the customer care team were brilliant and have sent me another, The bracelet is a tan leather with a Celtic cross-it's beautiful! Such lovely quality soft leather too. I will be a regular customer, the prices are fantastic too!

The staff I have communicated with were friendly and very knowledgeable about what I needed and was looking for.

Great once you realize this is coming from Ireland which takes a little longer to ship.

The customer service was excellent. I accidentally pressed the purchase button a few times and Lauren contacted me and asked me if I meant to purchase more than one of the necklaces. She reversed the changes and got everything straight. I really appreciated that. I will purchase from the store again.

It was a good service till one week after they started bomb barding me for reviews said answer 1 question sent that reply then another one popped up and so on so took more time filling in about service then it took me to choose the necklace I bought from them

Had an issue with PayPal charging me double at purchase over the Easter weekend. The staff at Glencore replied & did what they could immediately. Then checked in with us again a week later to ensure we were sorted. Great service. Beautiful product. Simple no fuss behaviour. Many thanks.

This was my first experience of this supplier. A chance response to a web query pictured a product which immediatel interested me. I placed an order, was delighted with the speed of delivery and was also delighted with the product itself. It was a surprise gift for my wife, and there was double delight on delivery when she absolutely loved the item, and now wears it very regularly.

The service so far has been excellent. A free gift is given with each purchase. Each item I has been exquisite. I gifted to family members and they were delighted by the lovely jewellery.

Had trouble with this company, my item did not arrive on time for my wife's birthday, so I asked Glencara to cancel the order and give me a refund, they refused and told me it could not be cancelled, eventually they sent me the order it was absolute garbage quality, cheap and nasty, there were no gold hallmarks, I'm sure it was rough coated soft metal, I returned the item at my cost and asked PayPal to get me a refund, eventuallyI got a refund through PayPal, do not use this company they are absolutely dire.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order experience on glencara.com. Despite paying for express shipping with a promised delivery date, the item has not arrived as agreed upon. Numerous attempts to contact customer service had gone unanswered until a week later, with a disappointing response that the order cannot be cancelled and will only arrive next week.

This unacceptable delay has forced me to make a local purchase, rendering the ordered item useless to me. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, your offer of a 15% discount is inadequate and does not address the significant inconvenience caused.

This experience has left me highly disappointed and frustrated. I expect a prompt resolution and a full refund for the item that is still in your warehouse.
