I am so happy. My daughter picked this ring out for her graduation present and it is beautiful. The quality is absolutely great and very well made. The delivery was a bit past the date and I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. That was so wonderful. They also checked in to make sure we were happy which she is. This is the second time we ordered something and we have not been disappointed.

Beautiful rings, arrival was delayed but this was due to Royal Mail not Glencara. There communication was excellent and they did everything to resolve postage issue. This was during lock down so extraordinary circumstances. We plan to order our girls rings for Christmas from here. Thank you.

I ordered a Claddagh ring for a friend in the USA. There was a promotion on at the time and the ring was discounted and I also was able to choose an free gift. I choose the 4 leaf clover necklace. I paid for my order and was informed by email when it had been shipped. Overall my experience was great and my friend received the presents and was very happy with them.

The website was easy to navigate. Communication from the company was prompt and helpful. Items arrived fairly quickly. My one piece of feedback is that the design of the ring was very different than I expected from the photos on the website. It all worked out as daughter liked the ring but it was very different than I expected.
