Hello [redacted] and the BBB, We have been working hard against the large volume of orders that have been made over these past summer months, which have caused some of the delays. Your particular style has been in a backorder that was unexpected before you ordered the shoe. We are a small company... which makes it difficult to track all orders and keep updating via email constantly, and we are very sorry for the delay in response. We are hoping that the shoes should be off backorder and able to ship within two business weeks. When shipping occurs, you will receive another email from us with tracking information as well within that time frame for shipping notification. If that does not work we would be happy to refund your purchase due to your excessive wait time.
