1(855)854- This number is not on Delta WebsiteCall was answered by one of our customer service agent He answered the call by saying "Thank you for calling Traveler Desk"Mrs [redacted] 's never inquired if she was talking to Delta airlines representativeShe gave specific flight numbers and requested a complicated itinerary to be createdAgent spent over an hour on the call and created reservations Agent also advised Mrs [redacted] that if she would like to cancel we can do the same without any penalty within hoursAll booking confirmation and ticket number emails were sent from a travelerdesk email Later the agent found a direct flight and called Mrs [redacted] 's back advising her of a direct flight as she was traveling with kidsHe also advised her of an extra $charge per person for that flightAfter Mrs [redacted] 's agreed with the price, agent re-booked the new flights Mrs [redacted] 's called back the next day and wanted to change all the reservations againAgent she spoke to advised her the penalties and the difference in the fare for the new flightsMrs [redacted] 's refused to pay change penalty and difference in fare for the new tickets and requested to speak with a SupervisorShe informed the Supervisor that the agent who booked her flights had advised her that there will be no charge to cancel the reservationsSupervisor confirmed the same and advised her that she could cancel her flights without any penalty and full refundBut in case she wanted to change her existing flights, she will have to pay change penalties and the fare difference between two flightsMrs [redacted] 's was not ready to pay the fare difference and penalties and she disconnected the phone call She called back and again was advised of the penalties and the fare differenceShe asked for the Supervisor and this time the call was taken by her husbandHe was very abusive and used foul languageSupervisor again advised him of charges for changing the reservation and offered to cancel the reservation without any chargeAt that point Mrs [redacted] 's threatened to report this to DOT and media as well Overall it took over hours of multiple agents and Supervisor's time to create the reservations and go over the issues multiple times with Mrs [redacted] Agent gave Mrs [redacted] 's total fare and she gave her consent before her credit card was chargedMrs [redacted] 's provided exact flights she wanted to book and knew the price on the website she was checkingShe was also aware that it will take quiet some time for an agent to book these flights manually as the schedules were fairly complicated As she mentioned to the agent, her main reason to file a complaint with Revdex.com was that agent refused to change the flights without the penalties and the fare differenceShe was aware of the complexity of the trip, fare and the service fee and was okay with the overall price Our investigation shows that agent helped Mrs [redacted] as requested and charged Hi ***,I have gone through the details of the reservation and the call recordsPlease find the below mentioned synopsis of the situation :On April 23rd, passenger booked a flight ticket on our website from [redacted] **, to Cairo on the May 01st, and returning on July 24th, 2015.as soon as his booking was confirmed he was sent a notification that he has to send us credit card authorization form along with the photocopy of both sides of the credit card, a valid US driver's license and passport page showing photograph and signature as per the requirement of our supplier.We did not receive any response from passenger's end until April 25th, when he called us and spoke with a representative and she explained to him we require these documents for credit card verification to avoid any fraudulent transaction and then we received the documents from him.However, by that time the fare was already expired as the tickets were never issued and we advised the new fare to the passenger which he was not ok with so we canceled the reservation and released the authorization code which was generated on passenger's card.Passenger was adamant to get the refund done the same day and all the representatives he has spoken with tried to explain that we have already released the amount from our end and it depends upon the bank's clearing policy as to how much time they take to show the credit on the card which usually takes up to 7-working days.Please note our terms and conditions clearly states that we may require the credit card holder to send the documents for verification purpose which we had requested in this scenario and we require these documents to be sent within hours of making the reservation, failing to which the booking may be canceled because the fare is not guaranteed until tickets are issued.Please find our terms and conditions link : [redacted] Please be advised all the representatives the passenger has spoken with have tried to help him in the best possible way in spite of the fact that passenger was using profanity on calls.In case you have any further queries please feel free to let us know.Regards [redacted] ,Supervisor Customer ServiceGlobester LLC [redacted] [redacted] ***

This company is horrible! They booked a flight for me to California from NY The flight was canceled due to bad weather Fully a year later they sent me to a collection agency for failure to pay $in "transaction fees," for a transaction that never happened! This went on my credit report and is harming my credit Not ONCE ever, did I receive a bill, call, email or anything stating I owed them money until I heard from the credit agency I pay all my bills on time and don't even have a late charge on my credit report but this one agency managed to hurt my credit score with their gross incompetence!

We have completed an investigation into the matter id="docs-internal-guid-1dfd1a21-39b2-b969-1723-3ced667e9737">Mr [redacted] purchased Round-Trip Airline Tickets to travel from Tucson to Seattle on Jul 23, returning on Jul 27, Mr [redacted] authorized the agent to charge $3,for the tickets on his credit card and issue the tickets Mr [redacted] suggest that Globester phone number was shown on Alaska Airlines websiteThat is incorrectGlobester phone number is not listed on Alaska websiteFor Mr [redacted] to call Globester call center, he has to visit the Globester websiteFurthermore, if someone calls Globester Call Center, an automated message clearly says, Thank you for calling Traveler DeskFor new reservation, press for customer support, press Same prompt “Thank you for calling Traveler Desk” is repeated by the agent who attends the callAdditionally, as per the enclosed emails, it is very clear that he did not book the tickets with Alaska AirlinesMr [redacted] also suggests that he saw a round-trip price of $2,on Alaska Airlines website but still proceeded to purchase a ticket for $3,from the agentHWe can not tell what price was offered by Alaska Airlines for these tickets, all we can confirm that he agreed with the price of the ticket and only after his authorization of the ticket amount credit card was charged and tickets were issued In the booking email and the ticketing e-mail as well as in terms and conditions link in the booking e-mail, it clearly states that these tickets were non-refundablePlease see enclosedOn May 2, 2015, Mr [redacted] called the call center to cancel these tickets and refund the money to himAgent who spoke with Mr [redacted] told Mr [redacted] that tickets were non-refundable Mr [redacted] called again on July 17, to cancel the ticketsAgent he spoke with made a mistake in looking up the fare rules and told him that tickets can be canceled with a $ticket penalty After realizing that the Agent had looked up the change penalty, Mr [redacted] was informed that these tickets were non-refundableMr [redacted] called his credit card company and initiated a chargeback for $(charged by the agent for the cancellation)His credit card company paid amount of $back to Mr [redacted] after deducting from Globester bank accountAs per our investigation, agent made the requested reservation, charged the authorized amount and issued the tickets as agreed at the time of the purchase Globester LLC did not deceive Mr [redacted] and followed all the terms of the purchase As these tickets were non-refundable, no refund is due to Mr [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

THis company is a complete fraudsterThey advertise banner ads on airline sitesYou think you are on the airline's site when you make a reservationThey then deceptively state that there are next to no seats on the plane, and thus the only available airfare is an exorbitant priceTHere is no clear and conspicous disclosre of any cancellation fees or the rules for such feesEven if you attempt to cancel the flight within minutes, they will charge you a $cancellation fee and threaten to also not honor the cancellation requestTheir customer service keeps you hold and hangs up on you repeatedly when trying to resolveStay away from these guysCA Attorney General and FTC should investigateIt is clear from the other Revdex.com complaints that this is their regular method of operation, which is fraud and in violation of multiple consumer protection and advertising and billing laws
