Customer called the Globester call center on April 19, for an airline booking for travelersAgent made the requested booking and after proper authorization charged customer’s credit card to issue the ticketsAn email confirmation showing details of the booking and then another email with the ticket numbers were sent to the customer (see enclosed below) Customer has complained that we did not provide ticket numbersPlease see the ticket numbers in the second emailNames are entered correctly as airline will not allow the customer to travel if the names are entered correctlyCustomer has already flown on Jun 8, Additionally, the email clearly suggest customer to call the airline to confirm seats and baggage information directly from the airlineAs domestic airlines charge for specific seating and baggage, we would have charged the same if they would have requested from the agent as well We did not receive any email from the customer requesting for the sameAs per our investigation, agent provided all the information to the customerCustomer is unhappy that they had to pay for the seats and baggageIt is an airline policy and there is nothing we could do to change that Regards, [redacted]

We have now investigated the matter raised by Mr*** regarding a
refund for the airline tickets he had booked through GlobesterHe made a reservation for travelers on June 5th, for travel from Atlanta to Cebu traveling on Jun 20th and returning on Jul 11th, 2015.
As per Mr*** request, reservations were made and tickets were issuedPlease see the enclosed confirmationsAs the ticketing e-mail suggests these tickets were non-refundableAfter authorizing payment and receiving the ticket numbers, Mr*** asked to cancel these ticketsAs told to Mr*** at that time that these tickets are non-refundable and we could not cancel the tickets and he will be responsible for these charges.
Mr*** canceled his credit card, he also filed a chargeback with his credit card companyNot only we had to pay to our supplier for the tickets, we also had to pay to the credit card company during the time they investigated the matterCredit card after looking at the documentation also agreed with us that Mr*** purchased non-refundable tickets and unfortunately money can not be refunded as we had already paid to our supplier to issue the non-refundable tickets.
As per our investigation, we believe that we did everything as requested by Mr***He was further informed that once ticketed, tickets were non-refundableHe authorized to issue these tickets and then asked to cancel these tickets which we could not do.
Since we have paid the money to our supplier, which in turn paid the money to the airlines, there is nothing we can do to refund the money for these tickets at this pointRegards,

A company that has lied to me, misrepresented itself to me, and is also incredibly poorly managed and supervised After one travel agent assured me my airline ticket was changed for a fee of $- $for changing the tkt and $for the difference in airfare - another agent told me it would be another $because in the 3/of second it took to book the change the price changedThis was not mentioned anywhere in our correspondence I refused to pay and began the process of canceling the payments and changing my credit card #The next day I spoke to the original travel agent who assured me everything was fine and gave me the airline confirmation code It was true - the ticket had been booked for the fee originally stated I cLled the airline to make sure this was handled on their end and found out - they received the $change fee and because there is no difference in ticket price that was the entire amount So globster was going to take the $and pocket it while telling me it was the change in fareUse this company at your own risk and expect to be jerked around and ripped off

reservations for various reasonsIn a number of circumstances seat availability at a particular price online is behind the real seat availabilityIt is more accurately reflected in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) which agents use to make reservations. At the time of the call, agent was unable to find the pricing on-line on our website but after doing searches on multiple GDS was able to get that pricing on the GDSAgent was transparent with Ms*** that online he could not guarantee the seatsHe also told her to book it online herselfOnce he was able to confirm seats at the lowest price he could find, he told the total priceAfter Ms*** agreed to purchase the ticket, she provided her credit card and authorized the charge. We understand that if someone makes a booking online there may or may not be a service fee charged by the websiteSince the agent spent over an hour helping MsSturnolo he charged a service feeService fees are based on time and effort taken by the agent to make a reservationFurthermore as per DOT guidelines, Agents are not allowed to give a breof the fees rather give the total fare to the travelerIn this case, Agent followed the DOT guidelinesHe clearly told her the itinerary, gave her the total price and after she agreed to the price, then only agent charged the card to issue the tickets.It is very possible that the pricing Agent was able to secure on the GDS came back online due to other cancellations or airline releasing more seats at that price onlineIf the price would have increased, she would not have agreed to pay higher amount either. Ms*** called the agent back regarding the same issueAgent was co-operative with her and already provided a $refund from the service feeAt this point we feel that the Agent followed the right procedure and guidelines, assisted Ms*** and only after her approval charged the card. As Mentioned above, Agent has already refunded $to Ms*** credit card as courtesy and we can not refund any additional money.Regards,*** ***

Customer is charged for the correct amount and all the charges made by Globester LLC are valid including ticket price and service fee to get the deal fare with the reasonable price

In March we were on a cruise where the whole family got ill When we arrived at port, we Googled and called what we thought was a Delta Airline phone number to book tickets to go home early Only later did we understand the phone number was not Delta, but another company, evidently Globester Upon arrival at the airport, Delta told us that had absolutely no record of any tickets being purchased After Delta pulled in multiple Supervisors, with still no visibility to a purchased ticket, we called Globester and communicated that no tickets had been issued Due to all the issues, we ended up missing our intended flight After having to spend the night in an airport hotel at our expense, we still had no tickets the next morning We again called Globester and told them we expected no charges, as they did not deliver us any tickets We then purchased tickets directly from Delta and came home
We disputed their credit card charge since THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR US!!
Last month, we were surprised to be contacted by a collection agency in Dallas We wound up paying the $charge to have my wife's credit show that the bill was eventually paid in full The agency said that they'd send a conformation, but they never did We also explained the situation to the agency, and they just said that we needed to pay the amount to clear my wife's credit (which is impeccable, BTW) The agent that we dealt with added that he doesn't like to deal with this company either!
We plan to contact our state (MN) attorney general, as well as the CA attorney general to complaint about these rip-off artists!
