It was a spur of the moment decision to stop into GolfMill Ford after breakfast that morning, just to see what a [redacted] was likeIt had been since that I had stepped into a dealer which I consider to be a very scary intimadating place to visitI knew that winter would be here really soon and that I would need a new depandable reliable car I contemplated driving away as I could clearly see the salesman grabbing their coats and running towards the doorI prayed real hard and told myself be strong as I suddenly remembered the name Darwin that a patient had mentioned earlier that weekA salesman approached me and I ask if Darwin was in and he checked and he escorted my parents and me to Darwins deskMy prayers were answered as Darwin was very professional, understanding and not a scary pushy typical salesman! My parents and me were so at ease with himAnd so proud to have been served by an ARMY veteran! Ford is lucky to have such a valuable employee working and representing their Company.....never let him go because he is a Gem of a person and employee!!! He listened to my needs and delivered! I am so so happy and a proud owner of an American made Ford Edge!!! Thank you so so much Darwin.....😃 ! Word of mouth goes far and a long way......I will be sending you customers Darwin!!! Throughout my time with Golf Mill Ford, they were often unwilling to help with or listen to issues I was having with my carRecently, I heard a buzzing sound from my wheelsThe mechanic told me to "turn the music up" if it was getting too loud and that the noise was due to a lack of tire rotations(I do tire rotations at home)I wasn't convincedI ended up going to another dealershipThe wheel bearing/ hub was in bad shape and needed immediate attentionHow the mechanic at Golf Mill didn't come to that conclusion is beyond me I had transmission issues from the second I bought my carIt shuddered and shook when switching gearsFirst, they told me you had to break it inThen, they said they won't do anything because that's how the car is madeWhen I went to the other dealership for the wheel issue, they fixed the shaking and shuddering as well by doing a SIMPLE updateThe car works like a gem! There are other dealerships farther from the area that will treat you right!

I went online to check out the inventory at Golf Mill Ford on Jan 7th A woman named Maria in internet sales gave me a call back right away She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process of purchasingI don't have the best credit so I was a bit apprehensiveMaria insured me they could help and I would be taken care ofWithout Maria I seriously would have never come inShe rocks! I scheduled my appointment for that Saturday Jan, 10th When I arrived I met with Sam *** in SalesHe was awesome! He listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something I wasn't interested inWhich from experience tends to happen in this industry I absolutely loved Sam! I'm going to recommend Gold Mill Ford and the lovely staff to everyone I know! Golf Mill Ford has done nothing to correct their illegal falsification of loan paperwork, sale price, and subsequent inflated loan application to Ford CreditI exhausted all options with the Ford dealership customer service, and Finance departmentI also exhausted all options with Ford Credit who related that the dealership has to correct any contract problems before they submit the loan paperworkThe dealership knows this because they instructed me to contact Ford Credit with the paperwork after I asked the dealership to renegotiate the contractI tried every reasonable option to resolve this problem before I submitted Revdex.com CASE#: XXXXXXXXI simply want Golf Mill Ford to do the right thing and negotiate a fair contract for the car I have, or give me a car that is worth the inflated amount of the loan on the contract they submitted to Ford Credit

Repeating my last responseWe adjusted both the sale price of the vehicle being purchased along with the allowance on the tradeBuying a car for 40,with a 30,trade allowance is the same as buying a car for with a 20,trade allowanceThe taxes and amount financed are identicalJust as he did not actually pay 39,for the car neither was his year old trade in worth 33,the pice and the allowance were both raised
We are not agreeable to offering the customer anything in this case

This case has not been resolved, and I was not aware that Golf Mill Ford was in the habit of falsifying paperwork for Ford Credit loan applicationsI traded in a vehicle that was profoundly more valuable that the vehicle they entered into my sales contractAnd even if Ford Credit is in the practice of approving loans on vehicles they have on their inventory that show 10,lees on their sticker price, they should never allow their dealerships to take trade-ins for vehicles that are 10,more than they are worthThe real crime is saddling me, the customer with the extra 10,difference for my new carFurthermore, my new vehicle is a 30,base model with standard equipment that should not cost 40,Especially after trading in my more valuable car for a fair trade in priceGolf Mill Ford jacked up the pay off price for my trade-in, and did not use the money to bring down the price of my new carThey kept the money, and tried to add it to the price of my new car insteadThis shell game performed by Golf Mill Ford is unethical, and illegalI demand satisfaction from Golf Mill Ford, and this method of arbitration seems to be going nowhere

My sales experience definitely see past my expectations from the moment I walked in I was greeted with absolute most respect and professionalism by my sales men Devin *** I've been searching for a used vehicle for a month or so and I've been to many dealers and none of which greeted meI wondered around for at least hour at the other *** and *** storesI was at even though the car I bought was about $more then the other down the street I bought at golf
Mill because of my salesman treated me RIGHT not like a piece of meat lol also the management and service all have the same mentality as far as service

what a great experience I was nervous going to such a big dealership , but they treated me like family darwin was my salesman and he took great care of me
there was no preasure , or rushing, I didnt feel like I was getting the carsalesmen treatment at all
TRUST is something I didnt go into the dealership with , but left happy and feeling I could trust them, as everyone was very nice friendly helpful & honest not like other experiences I have had at smaller dealerships
