We had a great experience with Darwin & Golf Mill Ford. The vehicle we wanted was at another dealership. Darwin picked it up and had it brought back to Golf Mill Ford as scheduled. Everything went smoothly: paperwork, financing & warranty. Darwin has followed up to make sure all is well. Golfmill Ford is great. I drive an hour and pass half a dozen Ford dealers on my way to get to Golfmill because I know they are the best. They have the best selection and really work with you on meeting your vehicle needs. This is the 3rd car I've brought from this dealership and can't see myself going anywhere else. I've worked with Darwin, in sales, twice now and he's the best sales person I've ever dealt with. George in finance was great to. Just an overall great car buying experience. If you need a car you need to go to Golfmill Ford and ask for Darwin.

Excellent service, completely satisfied with all my experiences at Golf Mill Ford. Bought 2013 fiesta a few backs had a great experiences, so I returned recently to purchase 2015 escape and again a great experience. Jon * (sales person) was patient and not aggressive in trying to close the deal. He was knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we were looking for without trying to up sell. Throughout my time with Golf Mill Ford, they were often unwilling to help with or listen to issues I was having with my car. Recently, I heard a buzzing sound from my wheels. The mechanic told me to "turn the music up" if it was getting too loud and that the noise was due to a lack of tire rotations. (I do tire rotations at home). I wasn't convinced. I ended up going to another dealership. The wheel bearing/ hub was in bad shape and needed immediate attention. How the mechanic at Golf Mill didn't come to that conclusion is beyond me.
I had transmission issues from the second I bought my car. It shuddered and shook when switching gears. First, they told me you had to break it in. Then, they said they won't do anything because that's how the car is made. When I went to the other dealership for the wheel issue, they fixed the shaking and shuddering as well by doing a SIMPLE update. The car works like a gem!
There are other dealerships farther from the area that will treat you right!
From the moment I walked in my salesman Devin [redacted] was there to greet me and my family he addressed me my wife and our children with great respect and made the car buying experience exciting not just for me but for the family as well I never had a sales experience quite like this one not only was my salesman outstanding but finance an the managers where all extremely well manored all true professionals all ALL DEALERS I BEEN TO IN THE PAST YEAR CAN ALL TAKE A PAGE OUT OF GOLF MILL FORDS BOOK!!!!! That's what car buying should be like :)
