I adopted a dog from my local shelter, they gave me a free or day subscription to this pet watch, I called and canceled it over months ago, I recently checked my credit card bill, they never cancelled itIt was a small monthly charged of 22.40, with all my amazon.com charges going to my card I didn’t notice, until recently I never used their services, never wanted it, I didn’t even enroll in it, the pet shelter did at time of adoption I called again to tell them to stop charging me and that I wanted that months of monthly fees backthey said they had record of me calling but not to cancelwhy would I call if I have never used the services? These places are a scam just like the credit card debt cancellation insuranceI want all my money backI got collection letter from them now, god help me they better not put any negative information on my credit bureau, as a single mom with no additional income and I fiercely protect my credit
