*** disabled my furnace on Friday saying that he thought I had a crack in the heat exchanger and that it could POSSIBLY have a carbon monoxide leakHe informed me after he disabled the furnaceHe did not have the courtesy to come and explain it to me before he did itI asked if he had a carbon monoxide tester, but he did notSo I said, "So you don't know if it really is leaking carbon monoxide, but you are turning my furnace off in degree weather!" This was basically a young kid trying to fast talk meI am way to old for thatHe then proceeded to ask me if the salesman could come the same afternoon to give me a quote for a new systemOut of curiosity, I wanted to hear what they had to sayThey wanted $
