Great Dane technicians did a great jobEveryone there were professional and they took time to explain the entire process of installing my replacement boiler furnaceThey even loaned me portable electric heaters for a few days to tide me over until the job was done

Furnace problem resolved without any part replacement (just a clogged condensate line)My technician was very honest and professionalWould recommend highly and will use them again

Brian received my service call on Easter Sunday and even though he had several calls ahead of mine, he adjusted his schedule and was here within the hour He found safety hazards and advised for the health and wellbeing of my family that the furnace be shut down and replaced He was calm, considerate and compassionate He even noted on this service call that Great Dane contact me the first thing in the morning, showing an honest concernThanks Brian

We have taking the time to review your service call to see if your concerns have any merit. After reviewing your service request for your air conditioner our synopsis is that you had a problem with your air conditioner on the July 4th holiday weekend and you wanted emergency serviceYou
agreed to contract our company to service your air conditoner at the after hours overtime rate. We charged our overtime rate for the service call to your home that your agreed too. Our NATE Certified Technician than arrived at your home to diagnose the problemHe than gave you a quote for the repair at the overtime rate, and you agreed to complete the repair. Our technician completed the repair, and test ran the air conditioner to ensure proper operationI agree it is very unfortunate that your air conditioner broke down on a holiday weekend, but in order to provide service after hours it does encompass additional costs to provide overtime service that must be accounted for. Had your repair had been completed during hours it would have been in line with your expectations. We understand your frustration with the unexpected expense, but we hope you understand that the additional fee for overtime service allows us to always have a staff answering your call for service at anytime throughout the year

I WAS CALLED AND TOLD WHEN ZACK AND HIS CO-WORKER WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE TO WORK ON THE FURNACE AND THEY WERE RIGHT "ON TIME"!! MY WIFE AND I WERE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH MATURE PROFESSI9NALISM THAT WAS EXHIBITED BY BOTH ZACK AND HIS PARTNERTHE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT, THEY WENT OVER EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE, THEN TOOK THE TIME TO ASK US IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE WANTED TO ASK?? WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH ATTITUDE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BUT MOST OF ALL THEIR CONCERN THAT WE WERE PLEASED!! IT WAS A GRATIFYING EXPERIENCE TO DO BUSINESS WITH GREAT DANE AND THEIR PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!! I WILL ASK FOR ZACK IN ANY FUTURE WORK!!!

This business knows how to treat their customers From the phone (Kristin) to the person (Bryan) they are excellent Kristin was polite and to the point when she called to tell me that Bryan would be here shortly He was and went downstairs to look at the mess (water coming from the furnace when the air conditioning was on) and found that there was a piece of debris stuck in the pipe, took it out and showed me and after putting things back together was finished and even wiped the floor up

Eveeryone was very efficient and courteous.Would recommend them to others
