[redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of a loan with Green Gate Services, LLC (“Green Gate”) on July 29, 2017. All loan documents were properly executed by...

the customer. In accordance with the terms of the loan agreement, Green Gate lent [redacted] $400 and the customer agreed to pay back the loan in installments.
 
Outside of the tightly enforced script utilized by loan representatives, upon receiving her funds, [redacted] was issued an email with helpful tips, reminding her of her payment options and the terms of her signed loan agreement, which has a table to reflect a finance fee is due on each due date.  Additionally, Green Gate Services also sent the customer courtesy reminders before each of her due dates to ensure she understood her payment options and balance.  [redacted] had the option to pay only one finance fee if she paid off her loan in full on her first due date, which would have totaled the $520 that the customer referenced. Or, in addition to the finance fee, she could have applied additional funds to the principal balance, which would have reduced subsequent finance fees. Or, lastly, the customer could pay the finance fee only, which would not reduce her principal balance or subsequent finance fee(s). 
 
Despite Green Gate Services’ efforts to keep an open line of communication, [redacted] elected to pay only the finance fee on her first three payments.  Notwithstanding the fact that this loan is legal per the terms of the customer’s executed consumer Loan Agreement, once the customer makes the payment due on August 22, 2017,  we will write off the remaining balance on the customer’s account, so long as the customer considers this matter resolved.

[redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of a loan with Green Gate Services, LLC (“Green Gate”) on March 23, 2017. All loan documents were properly executed by...

this customer. In accordance with the terms of the loan agreement, Green Gate lent [redacted] $500 and the customer agreed to pay back the loan in installments.
 
This is [redacted]’s second loan with Green Gate Services. Upon being approved for his current loan, the customer did not mention that his pay cycle had been changed. He did notify as after being approved that his pay dates had changed and a request was submitted to permanently change the pay cycle.  Unfortunately, the customer was still debited on his original due date, so as a courtesy, Green Gate Services refunded the payment.  The second payment was also submitted on the incorrect due date; however, it was 1 week after his modified original payment was due, so the payment was not refunded. 
 
Given the bad experience, Green Gate Services will waive the customer’s payment that is due on May [redacted], 2017.  [redacted]’s next due date wil be May **, 2017.  All payments from that date moving forward will be every other Friday.  Additionally, we will subtract the $35 OD fee that the customer received from the payment due on May **, 2017.    
 
A manager has been attempting to establish contact with the customer; however, we have not heard back from the customer to date.  If he has any additional concerns, Green Gate requests that [redacted] return our calls. Outside of that, Green Gate apologizes for the confusion and hopes that the additional steps taken to resolve the problem meet with the customer’s approval.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Like I stated in my previous response,they did not reach out to my attorney and have now confirmed this. Also this company is not licensed to give loans in Minnesota. I have already paid this loan back. I see no reason to go back and fourth in regards to this any further.

[redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of a loan with Green Gate Services, LLC (“Green Gate”) on November 1, 2016. All loan documents were properly executed...

by the customer. In accordance with the terms of the loan agreement, Green Gate lent [redacted] $1000 and the customer agreed to pay back the loan in installments.
[redacted] contacted us November 21, 2016, regarding his payment that was due on November 28, 2016. Per the customer’s loan agreement, Green Gate requests 10 business days to stop payments. Since the customer had not notified us 10 business days before his due date, the customer was debited on November 28, 2016. These details were included in the email we sent the customer, which the customer approved.  
 
[redacted] request to stop debiting his account has been processed for all future payments. [redacted] has been a good customer, and we regret that his experience was anything less than ideal.  As a courtesy to the customer, Green Gate will waive his future finance fees, including the $200 payment that was due on December 12, 2016. An Account Specialist will reach out to the customer to make arrangements for the principal balance only.

[redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of a loan with Green Gate Services, LLC (“Green Gate”) on July 28, 2016. All loan documents were properly executed by this customer. In accordance with the terms of the loan agreement, Green Gate lent [redacted] $800 and the customer agreed to pay back the loan in installments.
 
Green Gate Services regrets that the customer’s experience was anything less than ideal. Under the circumstances, while we research the complaint further, Green Gate Services will retract account from the 3rd party Collection agency and write off the customer’s balance, so long as the customer considered the matter resolved.  
 
Based on the information provided above, we trust this issue has been resolved. We wish Mr. Ramsey the best and hope his wife has a speedy recovery.
