Groovebook

Books are nice but not at all reliable. Many massages to company. No fix in sight. If I did not enjoy the books which it took me month of tinkering with my picture to get them light enough to see I would call it quits. I am thinking of notifying my bank as the money withdrawn does not match what I ordered. I would not recommend anyone starting with them.

[redacted] did not have her settings correct in the app therefore her book was not sent to print. Our technical team recovered her upload and her book shipped 1/**. She was charged 12/** for the price of $2.99 plus sales tax which totaled $3.20. The cost is for her book that was recovered and...

The customer could have emailed us back asking to take another look at her account. Our product is only $2.99 and most people are quite satisfied with the product we can offer.

The company did not ever contact me.  I decided to also try a feature on my [redacted] on...

this transaction and notified them of the duplicated charge. [redacted] was able to fairly quickly work with the company and get it resolved.  The company did reverse the one transaction but as what they called a "courtesy" not taking any responsibility that they had in fact double charged me "again".

I cancelled my membership after receiving two poor quality groovebooks and receiving random pictures that I had not chose to be printed. Confirmation was was received of cancellations, yet I continued to receive emails from this company asking me to update my creditcard information. This went on for over a week (me asking them to cancel membership) and finally I stopped receiving notices from this company. 1 month later the emails started back up again. Now it has become harassment.
