[redacted] we totally submitted every statement that was supposed to be submitted, this was the initial complaint, they were supposed to have made copies and they did not!  Ms. f** said she had every piece of paper but she did not, I even tried to give her one in paticulair  witch was my income, and she told me barbadume1 that she did not need it! they are totally at fault!! No question about it!!

[redacted]s Social Security papers, that she pushed away, and said she not need them! I told her yes she did, I do taxes also and I do know what you need, this is their fault and they should be held responsible!! They also have not reached out to us in any kind of way, we have paid the IRS all that money, and they have sent us papers that we TOTALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND?????

Dear Revdex.com,   H&R Block has reviewed Ms. [redacted]’s rebuttal to our prior response.   In response to Ms. [redacted]’s rebuttal, our review determines that Robert Blades has completed her Tax Returns years 2009-2016 as requested, and they have been completed since 11/07/2017. Since that date, Robert has had very limited communication with Ms. [redacted]. Both had agreed to meet 11/19/2017 to finalize the paperwork, and unfortunately Ms. [redacted] did not show up.    It is our belief that in order to proceed, we need Ms. [redacted] to come in and meet with Robert Blades to finalize her returns. The cost to have these returns prepared came to $1, 874.74. District General Manager Bernard Owusu-boadi is prepared to give Ms. [redacted] a discount of $500, bringing it to $1,374.74.    As a result, we consider this matter resolved. Dear Revdex.com, In response to Ms. [redacted]’s rebuttal and further review by the franchisee, records show that Ms. [redacted] was provided a client folder which contained her own personal tax documents that had been stapled together. However, when Ms. [redacted] returned to the office with her folder and placed it on the counter, it appeared that the staples had been removed. The franchisee insists that during this visit the folder had not been handled by anyone at the office and it is believed that the form in question is Ms. [redacted]’s [redacted] unemployment statement of which only a copy was ever provided to the preparer. The Franchisee has conducted a physical walk through of the office and have confirmed that none of Ms. [redacted]’s original documents were left at the office.
