I was just about to pull the trigger on the formation of an LLC using a leading competitor which promised to "zoom" my submission through the filing process, and was recommended to Harvard Business Services by a colleague
I was shocked to see that HBS was less than half the cost of the competitor, with a turnaround time of days vsdays, for the same service level (note: turnaround time ended up being days)The registered agent services were also significantly less expensiveAlso, HBS gave me everything I needed, and more importantly, nothing I didn't needFinally, the HBS help desk was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with respect to certain non-legal questions I had regarding the filing, addition of members, etc
