In my opinion, if my experience to date with Harvard Business Services is anything to go by, then I am sure that each and every one of your clients have been made to feel, as I did, like your only client. My communications were answered timeously and courteously and the turnaround and concise explanations of the process, the consistent and constant feedback during the process is exceptional. I will have no hesitation in recommending HBS to my network of business people and/or anyone interested in incorporating in Delaware.

I'm an attorney from outside Delaware, I've used Harvard as registered agent as well as a complete LLC set up. I would highly recommend their services. Very reasonable on agent fees, some $200 to $300 less than their competition for the same service. Set up fees also very much in line and you'll received expert service and efficient handling of your registration. And you'll talk to an actual person should you need assistance. Frankly this outfit is superb!! No their not relatives and I don't own stock in the company, I just think they're that good. I should also mention I am on the Revdex.com National Panel of Arbitrators, thus, if there was a problem with them I'd know about it, but there simply isn't.

I've used HBS's Mail forward service for about 4 years now and the service has been excellent. Mail is forwarded promptly and the mailroom manager is always very responsive to any inquiries. I would recommend them based on my experience.
