Professional. I called to confirm that they in fact got my order I placed online. They did confirm that they did get it. I asked if a RUSH quicker than the 2 Hour turn around time could be sooner. They assured me depending on the work load they had they would try their best but 2 hours would be the max. Not even 15 minutes after that phone call did I receive an email in my inbox with the item I had purchase.

Have been forming my LLCs for years through this excellent company. Jay and Devin are great and extremely diligent whenever I have questions or am just calling to form a new company.

My only complaint is they do not explain things well. I could have been my own agent and no one informed me of this. They take your agent fee and what I found is they don't really do anything for it and there is not much included with it because they charge you for every single thing they do for you. I am not pleased with how they handled business. When I informed them that I wanted to be my own agent they charge you for the paperwork to the state. Its charge for this and for that had I been informed that I could have been my own agent than I would not have needed them for that in the first place but they want me to pay to remove them as my agent. I am sorry but that's horrible business practice. After the 5th time they finally did what they said they would do and they have agreed not to charge me for the paperwork to remove them as my agent but not without throwing that in my face 3 or 4 times and no offense but I should not be charged because I didn't need them in the first place. I was spoken to on the phone very rudely and was laughed at by one of the members of management and I didn't find it not one bit funny. I found it very rude!!!!
