Review: Did not disclose to me before purchase that Franchise tax would also be due in my state of residence. Failed to disclose that cancelling an LLC in Deleware costs $700!Desired Settlement: Please cancel my LLC with the state of deleware as it was incorporated in error. Please get 2013 (due March 2014) & 2014 franchise tax and $200 cancellation fee waived or pay from your funds.
