They are one of the most responsive companies I've dealt with. We have made multiple mistakes on our forms and have noticed it after the fact. However, every time we bring it up to Harvard Business Services corrects them and responds to us very quickly. I really didn't expect this type of quality service because you don't see it too often.

I have own more than 6 companies and had experience dealing with few agents. But, the people at HBS are an asset to my current startup company "Bitcoin India Inc" and they add real value to any company that they wanted to start any business; the people at HBS made things dead easy to deal with, when it comes to from incorporation to tax filing. I wish that here after I will only use HBS for all of my current business as well as for my future businesses. I mean it; they are very prompt in support/service. If every country in the world has Agent company like HBS then all of the businesses would run very smooth manner. I just love their service.

Review: Did not disclose to me before purchase that Franchise tax would also be due in my state of residence. Failed to disclose that cancelling an LLC in Deleware costs $700!Desired Settlement: Please cancel my LLC with the state of deleware as it was incorporated in error. Please get 2013 (due March 2014) & 2014 franchise tax and $200 cancellation fee waived or pay from your funds.
