I just started using Harvard Business Services as my Registered Agent for a Delaware LLC. My prior Registered Agent had terrible customer service (ended up costing me $200+ in tax penalties) and charged me $100 per year so I searched for an alternative provider.
Harvard Business Services walked me through the process of changing Registered Agent, is super responsive (ever email was answered quickly and professionally), and only charges $50 per year for their service. It's only been a week since I started working with them, but I am HUGELY impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
