Emson representative J*** *** spoke with the customer on or about July **, 2017. Emson is sending the customer a new Ucomfy Heat Wrap at no additional charge.The product is provided without admitting or denying fault by any party, in order to amicably resolve the dispute

1) The individual who contacted me did not know when the items were shipped, nor did she know when the shipment would arriveI have that full conversation recorded2) The fact that the firm allegedly shipped the items does not resolve the issue that the firm acknowledged they did not ship the items as advertised and mutually agreed upon, which was that the items would ship within days. Emson additionally lied to me in another recorded phone call when their representative alleged that they had sent me two notices by USPS advising me of their delay, when in fact they only sent one notice, which stated that Emson would ship the items ordered by January ***, 2017. 3) Emson further stated to me that they would notify me by email when the items actually shipped, however as of Wednesday January **, I have not received any such email notification. All of these allegations are supported by recorded phone conversations with each and every call between myself and the various Emson representatives. Emson's continued failure to respond truthfully to this inquiry concerns me. Why couldn't Emson simply have shipped the items per their stated policy of days as opposed to the months delay they actually provided
