Emson representative Josie P*** attempted to contact the customer several times using the phone number and email provided, including leaving multiple voice messages. She has not been able to contact the customer. The customer is urged to contact MsP*** at
*** or ###-###-####, extension 0, to discuss an agreeable resolution. Emson has made best efforts to resolve the dispute, and considers the complaint to be effectively closed unless and until the customer contacts them. Emson looks forward to speaking with the customer if possible

*** no longer sells the Sharper Image Super Juicer and cannot replace that product. *** contacted the customer, who agreed to accept an alternative juicer product (the Big Boss Juicer) as a satisfactory replacement. The customer is being sent the Big Boss Juicer as agreed, and the

Emson representative Josie P*** spoke with the customer on or about September **, 2017. It appears *** *** was concerned he was going to be charged for products he did not want in the future. However, his order has been canceled. He has not been billed, and will not be billed
in the future. Thus, the issue is believed to be resolved

Emson had previously shipped the products which were ordered, and *** *** kindly confirmed that has received his order. In addition, Emson is sending the customer a Tac Light performance flashlight product at no additional charge. The Tac Light is provided as a gesture of goodwill, and in consideration of frustration *** *** has experienced. Emson invites the customer to contact MsP*** directly if he has any further problems or concerns

in light of the delay (at no cost), but the customer elected to keep the order open. Emson will ship the product as soon as it becomes available
