The company person I spoke to, did not address the multiple "hang-ups" that happened to me, that caused me to make the Revdex.com complaintShe never stated that she would exclate the issue to her upper managementIt would be nice if they acknowledged the bad customer service I receivedIt appears they don't careI was told the web site, initially was down for repairs,when I first contacted thenThe lady, when she called me, state the company took down the website because they has no product (tax glasses)This again shows that you get a differe by answer by different people you talk toOne does not know which answer is correctVery sad they do not own up to there bad customer service issues I mentioned.*** ***
