I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I was only asking for two replacement batteries for the two units I have BUT as you can see by the attached picture, they have sent me three (yes three) complete new models/units. I call this going way beyond the call of duty in my original issue. If there was a rating system attached to this particular issue, I could not rate the highest because this resolution is way beyond any simplified rating system. B&H customer service at this company should be given quite the 'Pat-On-The-Back', they well deserve it. To you (Revdex.com), and (*** *** ***), Have a Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year!

The order was shipped on December **, 2016. Emson representative Josie P*** contacted the customer, updated her regarding the shipment, and apologized for the delay. Emson hopes and understands that the customer is satisfied with the shipment, and invites her to contact Emson again

Dear *** ***: We are writing on behalf of the business in connection with the subject complaint. The Revdex.com portal states that
the “business has failed to respond to the consumer” and the Revdex.com has closed the complaint as unresolved. It is not correct that the business failed to respond to the consumer.
