I ordered a case of urinal drainage bag with what I thought was a plastic hook I received the Covidien drainage bag with a velcro fastener I was told to reorder the item we needed with the information given to me by email I asked them to check that I was now receiving the correct item It was not correct I returned both wrong shipments for which I was credited only for the product amounts I was not reimbursed either for the shipping expense of the wrong shipments totalling $or for the shipping expense to return the wrong items totalling $ I have asked for reimbursement but have not received it--they told me it was my fault that I ordered the wrong product It was misleading information that led me to order the wrong product

I was pleased with quick responses from Dan Brown in regard to my email concerns on a defective bolt on the VersaCart that I purchased

I had an issue with UPS losing one of my packages and when I sent them a message letting them know about my issue, they quickly apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send out a replacement right away! Wonderful customer service! We couldn't ask for a better company to do business with for all of our medical supply needs!!

I was searching for some products for my baby because some of hers ran out so I foundHHealthykin on the internet and decided to try them, because there website was really friendly to use and full of all the items I needed and more I placed an order and thought that it would be about a week before I received it, but surprise we got it just days later HHealthykin is awesome!!!!! I made a mistake and thought I never received the product that I orderedI contacted Healthkin and they said they would send me another orderI found the product mixed in with Christmas packagesI contacted Healthkin and apologized and ask them to cancel the orderThey sent it anyway at no charge!

I ordered some spray and the way it was packaged some of the fluid leaked out in the plastic bag it was shipped inI reported this and not only was customer service apologetic but said they would send me additional bottles of spray at no cost

I ordered underpads from Healthykin.com and received the order on 4/18/ The merchandise was not satisfactory as the pads were very thin and would have a low level of absorbencyI e-mailed customer service on the day I received the order (4/18/17) A message appeared on the screen saying that I would be contacted shortlyThere was also a message saying that I should be sure that my message was not filtered on spamI checked my spam and there have been no messagesI do not use spam I e-mailed the message to them today and the same message came up but no contact from themI very concerned especially since there is no phone number for them

I was hesitant to order as there wasn't a phone number to call and I needed my order quickly I went ahead and ordered online on Monday and received my order on Wednesday! This was fantastic! I was also provided with excellent package tracking info along the way I will be definitely be ordering from Healthykin again

This is an absolutely awesome company they have great customer serviceIf there is any issue with your order like with mine I ordered something that was on backorder they instantly sent me an email and informed me about it and asked me if I needed to cancel the order and get a refund (which I didn't) and they said it would take a little longer(or weeks) for me to receive my order because it being on backorder but it came way before the time stated(like in days!) anyways so that was awesomeThey we're very polite and just a pleasure to do business with I would recommend them to everybody you won't be disappointed! ??

I work for a Wound Care Center and we have referred patients to this company for various products Recently an elderly patient did not receive his product so I contacted the company via email MrBrown responded and with no questions asked resolved the problem for my patient sending out replacements at no cost The patient was extremely happy with the quality of the product and the response time of the delivery of his product I as well very happy and will continue to recommend the company and their products for our patients
