On a cold day in March I called Heritage for a furnace repair They cam within two hours and had my heat up and running the same day Very professional and pleasant to have Leigh T in my homeWill definitely call with future needs and recommend Heritage to neighbors

Great thorough service and quality work

We moved to New Hampshire from Texas a year ago and have purchased an older home We love our small cape, but mainly residing in new homes in Texas, we hadn't experienced some of the challenges that come with older homes We love our new "old" home because of it's charms and layout, but we want to keep things updated and safe We have used Heritage for water leak and water heater issues Floyd came out and worked with us on our water leak (I believe the day after we found the leak), while Josh provided work on our water heater (again in a timely manner)Both were very courteous, helpful and resolved both issuesquickly Due to the professional and efficient care we have received we will be using Heritage again for any concerns that may arise

On 4/2/2015, plumbing technician, Floyd [redacted] provided spectacular service about a repair issue; first he explained the root of the problem in detail, giving me ample time to ask questions ( all answered to my satisfaction)The job was done, quietly, most impressive was the technique and clean spotless environment afterwards After that repair was completed, he inspected a sump pump and review via show and tell technique how the pump functions and especially how to test it for functionalityThe education given was thorough and repeated until I understood and could give a return demonstration to my satisfactionI feel competent now in understanding its function and testingMany thanks for his demeanor, educational skills and courtesy

David was very professional and understood my needs with needing water while he was working in my home

Jamie was very helpful explaining why the purge cycle on my furnace was turning on frequentlyHe explained that its set for a minute purge and the humidifier was calling for more humidity in the house We also discussed the advantages of re-connection the zonal heating system in the house and having a metal liner installed in the chimney

I'm watching my mother's house while she's away The furnace went out, and the house was down almost to freezing inside Heritage responded promptly, with a technician there within hours of my call Nick Lwas very professional and obviously extremely experienced He was able to troubleshoot the system and get it going again without replacing any parts, and explained to me how to restart it if needed Great job Nick, and great service Heritage

Bill [redacted] our HVAC Technician, was friendly and very professional He found the problem and made sure that it was resolved before he left Because our household was busy during his service call, he left us a very nice note Employees like Bill make Heritage PHCE look good

Needed new water heater tank as the old one sprung a leakRodney S performed the work in a timely and professional mannerHe reviewed the estimate and did only the work that was needed after listening to my concernsHis work was very well doneHe was very considerateIt was a quality job all around

Just check the Freon pressure - High pressure nitrogen test $to find leak , so far $He found out that "Evaporator coil needs to be changed" At this point it looked like he lost interest to fix the issue,because he started to wrap up and made over $in less than min Hes estimation to change the coil was $2775.00!!?? Heritage, thanks for nothing [redacted] I am not will be surprised if the pay for their positive reviews

I called at am and by noon Nate W was working on the problemHe was very professional along with being very personable! Nate did a great job and would highly recommend him!
