Jamie was courteous and knowledgeable and explained clearly the work involved.

I have used Heritage for years and have had nothing but good experiences with them for both my heating and electrical needs. They are curteous, timely and very helpful. My latest experience was with and electrician (Nate P) and he was very professional, timely and did the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend both he and the company to anyone looking to have a job done right.

- High pressure nitrogen test $286.50 to find leak , so far $432.50 He found out that "Evaporator coil needs to be changed".
At this point it looked like he lost interest to fix the issue,because he started to wrap up and made over $440.00 in less than 20 min.
Hes estimation to change the coil was $2775.00!!??

Bill [redacted] our HVAC Technician, was friendly and very professional. He found the problem and made sure that it was resolved before he left. Because our household was busy during his service call, he left us a very nice note. Employees like Bill make Heritage PHCE look good.

Chris B. did a super job. He was very pleasant, explained everything he did and answered any questions I had. Nary a complaint. Only praise!

David was very professional. We had a need to have a hot water heater replaced in our basement after a few days of it leaking. He arrived early and stayed until the work was finished same day. He made a recommendation for additional products to assist us if we were ever to find our selves in this situation again going forward.
He was efficnent and kept us informed of what he was doing start to finish. At no point did we (my spouse or I) feel that we were being mis led or not included in a fairly expensive home repair. When they left the house was left in great shape and our issues were resolved. Great job.

I just had my 6th annual preventive maintenance visit from Heritage. Bill H was on time and performed his work rapidly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company as well as the gas furnace and heat pump they installed.

Mark thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and completed the job satisfactorily. He was very polite and showed much knowledge of the job. I would definitely recommend Heritage to others.

We contacted Heritage Plumbing to fix a routine clogged drain. It wasn't an emergency so they scheduled us for the next available time slot - which happened to be the following day. The technician arrived on time and proceeded to work on our drain problem. He used a snake and unclogged the drain in 1 hour. There was 1 gasket he needed to replace in the drain trap in addition - other than that the bill was entirely for labor. The cost? $413.00 My wife and I were shocked. I called Heritage and was told that the cost to fix a clogged drain was $413.

The way I looked at was their labor cost per hour was $413. This will be the last time I call them and would suggest contacting them to get an estimate over the phone before having them come to your house (they charge you $90 just to go to your house - which they apply to your bill if they do the work). They have a pricing book which contains the costs for servicing a problem. If you can give them a good description of what needs to be done, they should be able to give you a quote over the phone.

We were pleased with the service, but very disappointed with the cost. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

Wehad trouble with our heating system last week. Hot water tank was badly leaking and we had no hot water. The boiler was also sounding a bit "funny." Two technicians came to our home, to replace the hot water tank and to fix the boiler that would not sustain a firing/heating operation.
Rodney [redacted] worked all day on installing a new hot water tank and then tried diligently to get the boiler to heat the water, but to no avail. He called for another technician to come in, thus Bill [redacted] came the next day and again worked diligently to find the problem. IT was diagnosed as an exhaust system and master switch problem, so Bill installed a new exterior exhaust box and replaced the "brain" switch. Both men were very professional, courteous, and hard workers to install and fix our boiler system problems.

I was very pleased with the service technician. He was thorough and explained things in a way I could understand.

Needed new water heater tank as the old one sprung a leak. Rodney S performed the work in a timely and professional manner. He reviewed the estimate and did only the work that was needed after listening to my concerns. His work was very well done. He was very considerate. It was a quality job all around.

I'm watching my mother's house while she's away. The furnace went out, and the house was down almost to freezing inside. Heritage responded promptly, with a technician there within 4 hours of my call. Nick L. was very professional and obviously extremely experienced. He was able to troubleshoot the system and get it going again without replacing any parts, and explained to me how to restart it if needed. Great job Nick, and great service Heritage.

Jamie was very helpful explaining why the purge cycle on my furnace was turning on
frequently. He explained that its set for a 3 minute purge and the humidifier was calling for more humidity in the house. We also discussed the advantages of
re-connection the zonal heating system in the house and having a metal liner installed in the chimney.

I called at 830 am and by noon Nate W was working on the problem. He was very professional along with being very personable! Nate did a great job and would highly recommend him!
