- High pressure nitrogen test $to find leak , so far $He found out that "Evaporator coil needs to be changed"
At this point it looked like he lost interest to fix the issue,because he started to wrap up and made over $in less than min
Hes estimation to change the coil was $2775.00!!??

I would never let anyone I care about use these guys They are not trustworthy and should not be allowed to be in business Came to clean my furnace the day of a blizzard and turned the furnace off indicating that I needed a new one Never told me that my old one was under warrantee and was forcing me to buy a new one on the day a blizzard was coming Once they left, had a different company come out, checked out the furnace, told me it was fine, and turned it back on before the snow hit
if I had not called the second company, I would have bought a new furnace for $when I did not need one

We had an issue with our heating system, no heat in certain zones and needed help Heritage, as always, responded quickly to set up an appointment They even called me to bump up our time slot, if I was available (during my work hours) and the technician always gives me minutes notice Mike S was wonderful, explained what he found, what he recommended for proactive repair, and did my annual preventative maintenance the same day so I could save having to take another morning off for that Very considerate and professional, I recommend Heritage to my friends and clients if they truly want reliable and expert services

MrDennis P*** upon arriving at my address went right to work to find what the problem was with my hot eater heater After Dennis completed the job, he then gave me several quotes for future problems One of which was for my bathroom forsetIf I need any further assistance with plumbing, heating or electric I will call Heritage and ask for Dennis P*** ***

DO NOT USE HERITAGE DANGEROUS AND UNPROFESSIONALThe pilot light for my gas boiler has been going out repeatedly all yearHeritage came on March and again on Sept and to fix the issue On Sept 9, the technician (Dan) verbally quoted me $675+/- to replace the gas valve and fittings leading to the pilot lightHe then offered me a $annual service plan for a 10% discount on all work for the next year including the current fix He explained that it would result in the same cost within a few dollars if I purchased the plan I agreed to purchase the annual service plan, and he charged me $for the work on the boiler and the service plan combined I did not receive an itemized receipt since he only provided the mini receipt printed from his handheld credit card machine
After he completed the work on Sept and attempted to leave, I called him back downstairs to inspect the work with me and found a strong smell of gas from a gas leak at one of the new fittings, which he apologized for and sealed If I did not go downstairs to check, the basement would have filled with gas, and I can't imagine what would have happened
In October when the weather cooled again, I found that my pilot light was still going out repeatedly, so I called Heritage to re-fix the work that they guaranteed The same technician (Dan) came back on Octbut found a different problem instead - a failed transformer This would cost an additional $and not fix the pilot light issue When I pointed out that I should get the 10% discount, he informed me that I never signed up for a service plan and the required fix for the boiler was not part of the guaranteed service since it was a different problem He refused to honor the service plan that I already paid for(He never gave me an agreement to sign!!) He kept repeating that there was no record of the service plan and offered no solution
I pointed out again that I agreed to purchase the plan, that he was the one who failed to follow up with the proper paperwork, and there would be no reason for me to refuse an annual plan that would only cost me $1-$ I asked if he was having a bad night on his last visit because he had also almost left me with a gas leak At that point he decided that he did not "feel comfortable" in my basement, refused to work on my boiler any further and left my house with no heat There was no reason for him to leave I feel that he decided to leave in this way so he could tell his boss that I was rude to him and he could wipe his hands from the whole situation and not be blamed
This was a Friday night, so there was no supervisor available to help me or rectify this all weekend The supervisor on call (Jeff) was away in NH with "bad cell service" My frequent calls to Heritage to talk to the supervisor were not returned, except for a message telling me that I need to find a new company to fix my boiler I left my name and phone number, but at least separate calls over the past few weeks including voice messages to the supervisor (Jeff) and me asking the staff who answer the phone to have him call me were not returned
I have never had a company tell me NO so many times when a simple resolution was so apparent All I wanted was the service plan that I paid for, the 10% discount that comes with it, and my boiler fixed so I could have heat They would have received another $400+ on top of the original $and a somewhat happy customerInstead the technician was obstinate and unprofessional, and the Heritage staff was unhelpful and unresponsive

On time, explained what he was doing, diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem in a timely fashion

I'm a licensed architect and have a general understanding of various residential and commercial HVAC systems However, upon purchasing a manufactured home with a natural gas forced hot air heating system with an integrated air conditioning system, I was a bit unfamiliar with how all the components worked Bryon arrived to perform annual maintenance of the heating system on 01/11/ I can't say enough great things about him! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in evaluating the system, but very patient in answering all my questions and concerns
Furthermore, he advised me of a no cost change (installed by the previous owner) to substantially increase the efficiency of the system, thus lowering my annual heating cost! Needless to say I was impressed!
In closing, I HIGHLY recommend him!

Mike S[redacted] is an excellent technician who is clear, efficient and technically very able . He diagnosed an extremely difficult problem with our main house A/C that 5 other "2nd opinions" we`re unable to do. He was ably assisted by Nick, also of Heritage.

On 4/2/2015, plumbing technician, Floyd [redacted] provided spectacular service
about a repair issue; first he explained the root of the problem in detail, giving me ample time to ask questions ( all answered to my satisfaction). The job was done, quietly, most impressive was the technique and clean spotless environment afterwards.
After that repair was completed, he inspected a sump pump and review via show and tell technique how the pump functions and especially how to test it for functionality. The education given was thorough and repeated until I understood and could give a return demonstration to my satisfaction. I feel competent now in understanding its function and testing. Many thanks for his demeanor, educational skills and courtesy.

On a cold day in March I called Heritage for a furnace repair. They cam within two hours and had my heat up and running the same day. Very professional and pleasant to have Leigh T in my home. Will definitely call with future needs and recommend Heritage to neighbors.

Absolutely prompt, professional and honest. VOLUNTEERED that the part (now 4 year old) had a 5-year warranty and replaced it on the spot.

Service was timely, with a heads up call 30 minutes before arrival. Mike S. was polite and informative. Identified the problems quickly, and resolved them to my satisfaction. Mike S. explained the functions and problems of the devices that needed to be replacement and performed the work with a minimum of disruption. .

I was very satisfied with my experience with Heritage Plumbing. Keith G. arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He provided quality work and fixed three of my plumbing problems. He informed me of other potential plumbing problems that will need attention soon and I will definitely call Heritage again.

David was very professional and understood my needs with needing water while he was working in my home.

Met with Jamie this morning for an in house evaluation on my furnaces and I was impressed with him , comfortable , and overall very satisfied with signing with heritage for my furnace service . He was no nonsense and professional.

Leigh T was very informative, professional and personable! Not only did he service the equipment needed, and change defective parts AND gave me the explanation of WHY the replacement was needed, but went beyond to check and air cleaning system I have in my home and cleaned that as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Leigh and delighted he is part of the Heritage team..

This reveiw is in response to an emergency service call I placed at midnight on a Friday night when my furnance stopped working. HVAC technician Leigh reponded to the call Saturday afternoon and spent 6 hours cleaning the furnace and assessing the problem causing piles of soot to accumulate in the system. By Saturday evening my furnace was cleaned and was running again. Once the system had run for a week Leigh made a follow-up visit to clean any residual soot and confirm the system readings were still appropriate. I apprciate the time and thoroughness Leigh spent ensuring the system was working correctly and that Heritage will work to ensure the root cause of the event, which may have been human error, does not happen again.
