Heritage was very responsive - scheduling a service call within a couple of hours The Technician, Bryan, did a great job investigating the problem and identifying a fix

We had Heritage and Plumbing address issues prior to the sale of our home Mark tuned our furnace and explained a needed part replacementFloyd was able to quickly identify the source of a leaking faucet and had it fixed in no time I was able to get appointments within hours of calling and the technicians both arrived right on time

Jason Bfrom Heritage PHCE did a wonderful job when he came out I felt bad that his truck couldn't make it up the driveway, but he cheerfully trudged up and down to his truck bringing in the supplies he needed to service our heating system This was no small task as he was replacing the water in the system with antifreeze - many gallons! He made sure not to mess us the floors and did a wonderful job cleaning us after the work was done I was very happy with the job he did

Cheerful and courteous service on annual heating maintenance visit

Heritage had installed my water heater abou t years ago I called them when I noticed that my pressure relief valve had started leaking I was given a window of between 8am and pm, and the service tech called at abou 7:30am to say he would be there in about half an hourHe arrived promptly at 8am
While here, he performed a maintenance check of the water heater, and discovered that in addition to the leaky pressure valve, (a) the anode was ready to be replaced and (b) the thermal expansion tank didn't have any pressure in it He replaced all three components, two of which were covered under warranty
The service was excellent The tech made sure that he put protective covers on his shoes when he entered the house, and he was in and out in a reasonable period of time for the work that need to be done

Recently had sudden failure of hot water heater, and based on previous positive experience called Heritage It was Sunday, and although no hot water was annoying, I didn't consider it an emergency, so asked that someone be in touch with me early Mon I called them Mon and they had me booked for an appointment between and I got a call from technician Rodney S who promised to be here by He arrived on time, diagnosed that my year old HWH needed replacement rather than some expensive repair, and he proceeded to disconnect and remove my old unit and install a new State HWH We discussed the tankless on demand option, but decided that more expensive option wasn't really necessary since Iive alone and have low hot water demands He was friendly, professional, explained issues and options well, and did a good job for me I also found it worthwhile to sign up for a year maintenance agreement on my heating system which gave me a helpful 10% discount on the charge for this visit as well as other incentives I was very satisfied with my experience

Very positive experience with Heritage today Rodney S provided routine maintenance on my aging heating system He was very friendly and knowledgable He clearly explained things I needed to keep an eye on while not pressuring me into any unnecessary repairs I would recommend him/them to others

Rodney S came to do a routine cleaning and maintnance and was very pleasant to work with He immediately agreed to reconfigure his ladder when I asked that it not lean against the wall, changing it into a step ladder, which I appreciated very much He also set up a folder to maintain my Heritage documents, and offered me a financially advantageous maintenance plan He was neat, efficient and polite

Jim L/CJL did an excellent job replacing a gas furnace on Jan 8,The job was done beautifully,and very neatly.When completed they left the area totally cleanThey arrived in the morning exactly when they said they would and explained what was involved in the job and finished in the amount of time they estimated it would take.Very courteous team,easy to talk toFurnace is running excellently

At this point it looked like he lost interest to fix the issue,because he started to wrap up and made over $in less than min
Hes estimation to change the coil was $2775.00!!??

Heritage was able to send a plumber immediately to our house Josh G called prior to his arrival and asked to park his truck in our driveway After accessing the problem, Josh gave me several options for a resolution His work was neat and efficient After installation, Josh demonstrated the new hardware and asked if I had any questions He even gave me options on how to save money if I needed a plumber in the future One of the problems with our town water is it's corrosive properties Josh even suggested a whole house water softener system to help with the problem
