Our furnace died on one of the coldest days this year. We called Heritage as we have used them in the past and been very pleased. They were prompt in sending a repair man. He was polite and prompt. After trying to fix the problem it was determined that we needed a new furnace. The sales rep was at the house shortly after. He explained the options. The furnace was installed a few days later. All the employees we dealt with were friendly and professional. The furnace was installed on time and they made sure the area was clean when they left. We would highly recommend them to others and will continue to use them.

Keith called ahead and arrived on time. He took care of the water heater and explained what needed to get done and proceeded to do it. Second he noticed a problem not related to the water heater and proceeded to make a needed repair. He was very good and would be glad to have him back.

-System check and evaluation $146.00, what does this mean? Just check the Freon pressure.
- High pressure nitrogen test $286.50 to find leak , so far $432.50 He found out that "Evaporator coil needs to be changed".
At this point it looked like he lost interest to fix the issue,because he started to wrap up and made over $440.00 in less than 20 min.
Hes estimation to change the coil was $2775.00!!??
Heritage, thanks for nothing. [redacted] I am not will be surprised if the pay for their positive reviews.

I can say on the basis of numerous service calls that Heritage employees are unfailingly polite and considerate. They are also throughly competent. I think their prices may be relatively high, but I continue to give them my business because I trust them.

We moved to New Hampshire from Texas a year ago and have purchased an older home. We love our small cape, but mainly residing in new homes in Texas, we hadn't experienced some of the challenges that come with older homes. We love our new "old" home because of it's charms and layout, but we want to keep things updated and safe. We have used Heritage for water leak and water heater issues. Floyd came out and worked with us on our water leak (I believe the day after we found the leak), while Josh provided work on our water heater (again in a timely manner). Both were very courteous, helpful and resolved both issuesquickly. Due to the professional and efficient care we have received we will be using Heritage again for any concerns that may arise.

Don N. and his helper Keith came to install a furnace in our house. They arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour arrival window, explained what they were going to do, and then proceeded to install the new furnace. They completed the work ahead of the estimated time, created no problems with the house, and cleaned up to leave with the furnace running. The new furnace works exceptionally, heating the house from 50°F to 70°F in about 5 hours. Don N. was friendly and helpful, and I consider him one of the best Heritage installers we have ever used. My wife and I will highly recommend Heritage PHCE to any of my friends in need of plumbing, heating, cooling or electrical work.

Unfortunately on Christmas Eve I had a pipe leak called heritage 5x with no response now I have no water

My sump outflow pipe froze after a day of heavy rain. Floyd from Heritage was able to thaw out the pipe, get the accumulating groundwater in the sump flowing outside, and advise how to prevent the pipe from freezing again. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and took the time to explain to me how my sump pump works. Plus he was kind to my dog who needed to know what was going on.

The technician was very pleasant and professional, helping to resolve our issue in a timely fashion.

David P was very professional and friendly. He and his associate, Steven, unclogged our pipes in a timely manner. So glad to have the master bathroom back again! Thanks guys!

Had Floyd ** come out to do some services at my condo. He was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. Not only did he do his job in a timely manner, but he was also very attuned to what I was saying, and provided clear and concise feedback on any questions I had.

This experience has ensured that any further issues or problems I have with my plumbing, he'll be the first person I call. If all of Heritages employees are even remotely as professional as Floyd I can understand why they are such a good company with a good reputation.

I have used Heritage several times now and have always had positive experiences with your technicians. I had electrical work done by Chris B[redacted] who was very helpful with all my questions and finished the job in great time and very efficiently. I would recommend that people use Heritage if you need any kind of electrical/plumbing/heating repairs. They also have a VIP customer plan which helps with the cost.

Thank you to Heritage! As always they are professional and efficient. Matt S[redacted] was quick and efficient. At the time my dog was very sick and he accommodated me by being very quiet, and calling when he arrived so as not to ring bell.

TODAY, CHRIS B. AN ELECTRICIAN FROM HERITAGE PHCE, CAME TO INSTALL 2 LIGHT FIXTURES THAT WE HAD PURCHASED FROM A LOCAL HARDWARE STORE..... NOT ONLY WAS HE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL BUT WAS VERY PATIENT AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT STEPS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK AT HAND.... WE HAVE BEEN HERITAGE PHCE CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND IT IS BECAUSE OF TECHNICIANS LIKE CHRIS.....

Matt S. spent quite a bit of time doing the job he was there for which was yearly furnace maintenance. So I am satisfied with his work doing that. However, when I went down after he left I noticed a piece of duct was off of the furnace and warm air was coming out. I was disappointed he didn't bring it to my attention so it could be fixed.
