Service was excellent The only issue was scheduling the call, but that wasn't the technician's fault

My wife and I have been without hot water for a week and a half It took them business days to come out to the house, business days to get the part and another day to get it installed They outright lied to me about the "order" for the part, the plumber simply went to the distribution center, picked it up and dropped it off at their depot The issue was in their scheduling, they didn't have another appointment until the next week After the part was installed the plumber hastily left the house and the water heater shut off a few minutes later (original problem) When I called back they said he couldn't be out till the next day in the morningI call back on the morning of and I am scheduled from 1pm to 4pm, past the time I told them I was available At this point I am still waiting for the plumber and have not left to go to family for Thanksgiving Guess I get to run to the store and see what kind of turkey's they have left, because I sure don't think I am going to get to celebrate with family I would never recommend this plumbing service to anyone in the area

We have a sewer leak under our house for over a month the tech came out times and refused to get under the house after a water restoration company had cleaned up and put fans and a dehumidifier under the house for weeksThe tech said he would not go under until it was completely dryI thought this was a plumbers job! I used Hers and His first when a had a home Warranty for a home I'd just purchased Although the warranty (2-10)was crappy, the service I received was first classyear later, my WH was leaking from the TMP valve and my tub faucet had graduated from a drip to a steady streamI called Hers and His to schedule a plumber to make the repairsminutes later Daniel the plumbing technician called to let me know he was minutes away from my home There were two plumbers that arrived from this company, Daniel and JoshThey were professional, polite, patient and preparedThey asked questionsThey were thorough in explaining the why's and how's and educated me on the maintenance of my WH and other productsI felt that what I paid for the service was very affordable and reasonableTheir knowledge and genuine concern was priceless It was a great customer experience that they created and kept the ownership of the entire visitI will use them again
