We have a sewer leak under our house for over a month the tech came out 3 times and refused to get under the house after a water restoration company had cleaned up and put fans and a dehumidifier under the house for 2 weeks. The tech said he would not go under until it was completely dry. I thought this was a plumbers job! This was the Chattanooga TN location

Thanks to Hers and His Plumbing for their quick response and professionalism when I called them because my hot water heater was leaking in the garage. They advised me on what to do that afternoon to prevent further leaking and damage to my home and scheduled an early morning appointment the next day. The service representative was professional, prepared with what he needed, and I was informed of the costs before any work was performed. My hot water heater was installed that morning and working perfectly. I will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend this business.

I used Hers and His first when a had a home Warranty for a home I'd just purchased. Although the warranty (2-10)was crappy, the service I received was first class. 1 year later, my WH was leaking from the TMP valve and my tub faucet had graduated from a drip to a steady stream. I called Hers and His to schedule a plumber to make the repairs. 20 minutes later Daniel the plumbing technician called to let me know he was 10 minutes away from my home. There were two plumbers that arrived from this company, Daniel and Josh. They were professional, polite, patient and prepared. They asked questions. They were thorough in explaining the why's and how's and educated me on the maintenance of my WH and other products. I felt that what I paid for the service was very affordable and reasonable. Their knowledge and genuine concern was priceless. It was a great customer experience that they created and kept the ownership of the entire visit. I will use them again.

He explained what was happening and when he had a question about the reverse osmosis system that was leaking he called the manufacturer's tech support and Hers & His home office to talk over options. It took creativity and expertise to figure out a repair configuration that would fit in the space under my sink. Well done, [redacted]!
