Poor quality of work
Water softner was drippingI called American Home Shield on 10/28/and they sent a dispatch order to Hers and His plumbingNo one contacted us for the next days; I left a vm at the Tampa # but still no call backThe plumber came out on 11/and said he would have to order parts as the pipes needed to be replaced
As there was no response, I called AHS again on 11/10/and eventually the same plumber repaired the water softner on 11/12/
Within hours the water started dripping in the garage from one of the PVC pipes that had been replacedI called Hers and His Plumbing immediately and was told that I had to call AHS again as the ticket was closed
AHS was contacted and another dispatch order was sent to Hers and His plumbing that afternoonThere was no call from the plumbing company to schedule another appointment asap on Friday afternoon
The plumbing company did not call us to schedule another apptby the end of the working day on 11/13/
I contacted AHS again at night on 11/13/as the water leak got worse and the PVC pipe burst and the water started running thru the garageI switched off the water-main and advised AHS of the situation but they did not care to expedite matters and at my persistence left a msg for the plumbing company regarding the urgency of the situationNo one called us on Satmorning and as we were without water in the house, I called another company and they replaced the PVC pipe by pm on 11/14/As of 11/20/no one from the plumbing company called us
The plumber from Hers and His plumbing put a new PVC pipe that led to worsening of the water leak and then the pvc pipe burst and brokeThe initial leak was a drip and the new leak was a floodThey created a problem and should have come out to correct it
AHS is also a terrible company to deal with and I have terminated my contract with them

I have a home owners warranty and they assigned hers and his plumbingWhat I am upset about first plumber used my good towel to clean up messSecond I only have to pay He charged the dollars then since he had my credit card he turned around and charged an additional dollarsThey still call that stealingI called the company they only made excuses and said oh we will reimburse your cardThey still haven'tI called my warranty company and will be call the fraud department at the bank and Revdex.comPlease run from this company they never called me I had to always call themThey should not be in businessWorst company ever!!!!!!!

We had an issue with our master bath toiletCalled our Home Warranty company and they assigned us to Hers and HisThe first appointment was on a Thursday afternoon from 1p-4pI asked if they had anything on a weekend as my husband and I both work Monday thru FridayTheir first Saturday appointment was weeks away so my husband took time off from work to sit at home and wait for themOne hour before our appointment window, we were called and told that the technician for our area had called out sickThe next available time frame would be the following Monday from 2p-5pThis is ridiculousThey didn't care at all that my husband had to burn a vacation day to sit at home and wait, there was no effort on their part to try to rectify this situationThey wouldn't even try to pull a technician from another area to come help us out since they cancelled last minuteTheir suggestion was to call our Home Warranty company and request another vendorI will never call them again and will make sure everyone I know knows exactly how inefficient and unhelpful they areCustomer Service means nothing to them
