I have had two incidents that I needed a plumber. Hers and His Plumbing responded to both. I'm very impressed with the service I received. They are not only professional, they complete the job the first time. Both plumbers were friendly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been without hot water for a week and a half. It took them 3 business days to come out to the house, 4 business days to get the part and another day to get it installed. They outright lied to me about the "order" for the part, the plumber simply went to the distribution center, picked it up and dropped it off at their depot. The issue was in their scheduling, they didn't have another appointment until the next week.

After the part was installed the plumber hastily left the house and the water heater shut off a few minutes later (original problem). When I called back they said he couldn't be out till the next day in the morning. I call back on the morning of and I am scheduled from 1pm to 4pm, past the time I told them I was available. At this point I am still waiting for the plumber and have not left to go to family for Thanksgiving. Guess I get to run to the store and see what kind of turkey's they have left, because I sure don't think I am going to get to celebrate with family. I would never recommend this plumbing service to anyone in the area.
