This plumbing company came to my home twice and did not fix anything. Then they mysteriously found a bread tie down my drain and said it's against our home warranty for them to fix my sink because that was a foreign object down my drain so they didn't fix my sink. I would not hire this company they are unprofessional. Also they canceled my appointment and didn't tell me after I took off of work which I find ridiculous and they still wanted me to pay them after they couldn't fix my sink.

I had Hers and His Plumbing at my home for a water heater issue. I was fortunate to have Mike as my technician. He was bright, articulate, friendly and professional. He show up during the time frame indicated by my appointment. He called before he arrived as I had requested.

He fixed the issue in a reasonable length of time. Obviously I am very happy with his work and will highly recommend your company based on Mike's excellent service

Too many people only call to complain when there is a problem. I think we as consumers should also take the time to let a company know when they have a employee giving exceptional service. Mike is excellent. You should him cloned.
