I had a surge protector installed in my home I asked Johnathen some questions regarding some additional electrical issues He was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful He replaced a shorted out outlet, replaced an outdoor sensor, installed two electrical smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and four additional smoke detectors Give him a raise!

I took advantage of Hiller's HVAC cleaning promotion I fully expected the technician to try and sell me something that I did not need but was pleasantly surprised My HVAC definitely needed cleaning (the coils were filty) and after David, the technician, thoroughly cleaned/checked the unit and said everything looked great except for one minor part I was expecting much more and never felt any pressure to spend more money David was very knowledgeable and professionalPositive experience!

We called Hiller's on the 4th of July holiday weekend not expecting to hear from them until MondayThey sent a technician Saturday afternoon! Our a/c unit was out, they brought a portable air unit so we could survive in the house until they could repair oursWe ended up getting a complete new unit as ours was quite old and not big enough for our sqfootageThey came Monday morning to change out the unitsThey were here all day and didn't leave until it was installed and cooling us Our tech guy that came on Saturday was Montel, our salesman was Daniel and the guys who took the old unit out and installed the new one was Ron, Jack, Phil and LuigiWe could not have asked for a better crew of people than all of these guysThey were all very professional, and personableThank you for your hard, hot work to get us cool again!
