order a whole house a/c unitwas not happy with the service ordered a new whole house a/c unit and was promised a two hour window for installation to startIt was very important that they arrived and finish as promised because of an medical appointmentThey arrived late and were visited by people who came by to chatThe tech was to install the thermostat early to educate us in it correct usageHe installed it about twenty minutes before I had to leave and did not explain how to us itThey were there for a few more hours and never approached my wife to give her any more informationI tried calling the company several times and were unable to get anybody back inWe are very unhappy with the install and the lack of follow up "service"they advertise "Happy you'll be or the service is free"I would not expect the unit for "free" but I would expect a discount I wrote to the web site labeled " just Jimmy now" and never got any responseI could not recommend this company and

I had the most fantastic experience with Hiller and am so happy to be able to share it with you It was a Saturday morning, and we realized that we had an electrical that affected our bathrooms; needless to say, it was an "emergency" to us I called Hiller and was very easily able to secure a service visit with an electrician for that afternoon My Electrical Service Technician, Johnathen N [redacted] , was right on time He quickly assessed the problem and immediately fixed it Johnathen was extremely receptive to any questions that I had and he took the time to fully explain what went wrong and what he did to correct the issue I inquired about other services that I was looking for (air conditioning and heating) and Johnathen told me about a program that Hiller offers that could very effectively cover my needs...the "Happy Hiller Club." The Club offered a huge benefit to me, so I signed up and have already made arrangements to have my air conditioning serviced this week I feel so fortunate to have made a connection with Hiller - they really offer a one-stop shop to meet all of your primary home service needs (A/C, Heating, Plumbing and Electric) BRAVO Hiller!!

I live in Greenbrier, Tn and have had Hiller come to my house several times for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work Last week Zach T [redacted] came to perform my plumbing tune up, including flushing my water heater He did a thorough and neat job on my water heater and gave us options for a couple of problems he foundCaleb C [redacted] also came last week to perform an electrical tune up Along with a complete check of our electrical system, he checked on a ceiling fan problem and an outlet problem and he too gave us options They both spent time explaining the problems, the fixes, and the cost without being pushy and with options for the future I am very happy with Hiller and would recommend their workEveryone I have worked with was respectful, friendly, and helpful!

Did not live up to their guarantee "Happy you will be or the Service Charge is Free" The plumber was very unprofessional and when he showed up he started off complaining about his backI had already bought and exact duplicate of my water heater to make installation easier and less costly, yet he still quoted $plus service charge to change the water heaters outI have neighbors who have gotten much better pricingIn the end, he replaced the thermostat and gas control unitHe cussed while he did it and made a messThen offered me the "old man" discount.? I later complained on their websiteAfter about days someone called and apologized and offered a refund of the service charge ( never did get it)They also promised to have the local manager call and explain why it would cost six ?hundred dollars to do an exact replacement on a water heater(he never called)Would not recommend this company

I called Hiller for an electrical problem They set it up for Friday, but someone cancelled and they called to see if I wanted them to come today(Tuesday) I said sure and Johnathan N [redacted] an electrical service technician came right over at the appointed time Johnathan diasasembled the ceiling fan and immediately found the problem He was very friendly and efficient and I would not hesitate to use him again stars [redacted]

Electrical Service Technician, Tim C [redacted] , arrived promptly at my home on Nov28, He answered my questions and completed the work very quickly and efficientlyHe also reviewed with me some options that I had concerning installation of some outside lighting I would definitely recommend MrC [redacted] and would request him againI was very satisfied with his work

Dale W [redacted] and Larry M [redacted] get a star review from us They took extra care in a difficult yard to make sure that they did not disrupt our non-water connections in the lawn I would absolutely recommend them to anyone

We always get great service from the Hiller staff in Dickson James P [redacted] with Hiller replaced our electrical panel this week He was professional and did an excellent job

Dont pay any money to be a part of the so called "Happy Hiller Club" , because you will not be a priority on anything! The technicians lie about comin to your home and they will cancel / reschedule you as they wishI had an emergency leak in my ceiling and they would not come out until the next day...this is FAR from being PRIORITY!

I recommend Hiller for my heating & air conditioning service and repairs, and both my mother and I request Joe E [redacted] for servicing our heat pumps at her house and at mine He has good experience and is thorough, so I count on him to keep my Amana hybrid system in tip top shape He also added an Ultraviolet light to my system to prevent my allergies from being bothered by molds, etc As a result, my system works great, & it will last a long time Thank you, Joe, and Thank you Hiller !

There were two technicians at my house today, one working on electrical and the other checking out my HVAC and doing some work on itDylan (I don't know his last name) worked on the electrical jobhe was courteous and did a good job Adam M [redacted] checked on my HVAC and did some additional work on it He was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and the products that HILLER has that make HVACs work cleaner, etcHe was very nice and was respectful of my property I enjoyed having both Dylan and Adam at my house I recommend either of them to prospective customers
